A delightful Chinese antique carved agate pendant enhanced with its original knotted silk cord and Type A (untreated) green jadeite bead, finished with a 14K yellow gold bail. The carving represents a male elder seated atop a fish and holding a pair of plums over his shoulder. The carving makes nice use of the agate's natural coloring to represent the fish and fruit. An unusual pendant by the noted modernist jeweler, Paul Lobel. This pendant, made of sterling with an amber insert, can be worn on either side for 2 different looks. One side has an off center triangular cut out and the other side uses beveled prongs to hold the amber in place. You can see lots of marbling when it is held up to the light. Signed on the bottom, LOBEL, Sterling. Even the bale is curved differently on the front and back. Measures 1" across and 1 1/2" high including the bale...

This unusual sterling silver necklace is constructed of sections 1/8-inch wire in a wavy pattern similar to figure eights laid end to end. Each section is linked by flattened, securely soldered bands; it is a nice, substantial piece. The necklace is marked sterling on the band attached to the jump ring, as well as on the spring ring. This pendant displays a great example of Danish silver jewelry. The artist is Erik Dennung and the piece is manufactured by Buch and Deichmann. Its diameter is 2 1/2". The Scandinavian, abstract, brutalist design sits within a concave disk, of sorts, and is 1/2" in height. This piece has a cool Modernist design and weighs 70 grams - 2 1/2 ounces. A very nice late Victorian hinged bangle bracelet worked in a pierced scrolling design. The front features a row of three square cabochon rhodolite garnets set diagonally. The rhodolites have a lovely purplish hue that distinguishes them from their more common all reddish-brown garnet cousins. The bangle is fairly wide, but the piercing gives it an elegant lightness. RARE, vintage Georg Jensen Denmark Modernist sterling ring no. 155 designed by Vivianna Torun for Jensen c. 1960. This ring is a size 6 and in fine original condition. It is bold and beautiful, sitting high off the finger, approximately 3/4". The face of the ring is 1" across. Weighing 11 grams, it is signed with the Georg Jensen post 1945 mark, Denmark 925S, Torun 155. Fabulous!
