This pin bridges mid-century modernist and Southwest aesthetics with its angular design and polished ceramic cabochon resembling turquoise. It’s marked 925 for sterling silver at one end; the original rollover clasp is very secure. The pin measures about 3 inches long by ¾ inch wide.

A modernist sterling silver brooch with a large raw amethyst stone by Charles H. Cole who signed his work with a face hallmark. The facial features spell out his last name. Also signed Sterling. Active 1930s-50s. Measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/4" wide. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds tightly. Hand made piece. Pretty purple color.

The color enhanced deep lavender jade is set in sterling silver mounts into which tiny faceted hematite stones have been inset. Each jade link has been joined by a silver Chinese character. The silver clasp likewise has a cut Chinese character and has two safety catches on each side as well.

This substantial, silver link bracelet is reminiscent of ornate Renaissance jewelry. It is sharply molded with flowers, leaves, vines and beading in openwork panels linked with bars. The largest center panel features a securely prong-set amethyst. The bracelet has a fold-over clasp in good working order. It is a nice quality piece, probably European .800 silver. The bracelet measures a little over 7 inches long; the largest panel in the center measures 7/8 inch wide. Gross weight: 24.5 grams

Whoooo wouldn’t love this tres chic 1960’s owl brooch in 18 karat yellow gold? The little scamp perches on a branch decorated with a ruby and five diamonds and winks at you with natural ruby eyes. The brooch measures more than 1 ½ inches tall and 1 inch wide at the widest point and has a total of approximately 0.20 carats in diamonds. Don’t let it fly away!

This mid-century pin is the work of Los Castillo. It's a striking modernist design which is composed of two pieces connected with a rivet. The bottom hands and body swings freely with movement. Hand-wrought with intricate detail.

1960s earrings with French clip backs, and red poured glass cabochons at the top, and strands of red, blue, green, and colorless glass beads wired in goldtone metal, with filigree caps. Extremely unusual sterling hinged cuff bracelet showing HAWAII theme with half-nude woman HULA DANCER and UKELELE beautifully etched. It opens perfectly(see photo #2) and measures 7" closed but can fit a larger wrist as well. Hula dancer part measures 5/8" wide. Bracelet is signed "STERLING S.R.S.CO. These cuff links exhibit both a sturdy look and construction. They were probably produced for the tourist trade by different silversmiths in the same workshop, as each is slightly different from the other, mostly in the fins. The backs of one linked pair indicates the maker M. Velazquez; all are marked Sterling/Made in Mexico in the pre-1950s style. The back rings connect to short bridge chains; one rings is slightly bent but there is no damage or metal stress...

A vintage three dimensional pendant in sterling silver designed by Jose Luis Flores of Taxco, Mexico depicting a stylized figure kissing a nude breast. Flores also worked with Hector Aguilar, Miguel Garcia Martinez and Emma.

Measures 4 3/4" long including the large bale and 2 1/2" across. Marked on the back 925, Mexico JLF, and Taxco. Have also seen this with the additional Miguel hallmark in script. Heavy and substantial. Has some tarnish. Pre Eagle.

A beautiful, well-made rhodium plate 7-3/8" long and 3/8" wide bracelet in the Industrial Art Deco design c1920s-30. This unsigned beauty is made of rhodium plated metal (possibly over brass) and the pinioned links have channel-set rhinestones and designs on the sides. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the graying of some of the stones...

A vintage bronze brooch or pendant with a nude figure around a brown swirled agate.

Has 'fingers' which hold the stone in place. Measures 3" long and 1 1/2" across. Has a secure rollover clasp and also a small bale so could be worn either as a brooch or on a chain. Can be worn up and down or sideways as a brooch. The bale is behind the figure's knee so the figure would be crawling down when worn on a chain.
