Being offered is a fine circa 1950 sterling silver necklace by Los Castillo, of Taxco, Mexico, heart shaped links decorated with natural stone inlay; tongue and box clasp. Dimensions 15 1/2 inches long. Links are 1/2 inch wide. Marked as illustrated. In excellent condition. All our listings are returnable, for any reason, especially if necklace does not lay properly on neck.

This Margot de Taxco pin is a rarely seen design, with open-back repoussé and tiny silver beading which graduates in size. This double facing swan design is Margot's # 5291, and is collector quality. Measures 2 5/8" wide, 1 15/16" tall. Weight is 41.2 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Margot de Taxco Sterling Made in Mexico", with the eagle assay 16 and design # 5291. In excellent vintage condition. Pin closes with a roller.

One of Hector Aguilar's most iconic designs done in his signature 940 silver. Known as the Fertility Bracelet it is featured in the books "Mexican Silver" and "Silver Masters of Mexico". It measures 7" long by 7/8" wide and is quite heavy at 91.1 grams. Signed with the HA mono, 940, Taxco Mexico and the eagle stamp. It has the early style pin closure and is in good condition with no damage noted. An iconic bracelet by one of the finest Mexican Silver Jewelry artist.

RARE OFFERING:Presented for sale is a historic place card holder for James Hagerty at a meeting between President Eisenhower and Lopez Mateos in the Hotel El Mirador on Feb.19,1959, hand made by Los Castillo, Mexico,1959. Hagerty was the Press Secretary for Pres. Eisenhower. The placard reads:"CENA PRESIDENTES LOPEZ MATEOS-EISENHOWER EN EL HOTEL EL MIRADOR ACAPULCO,GRO. 2-19-59 SR.JAMES C.HAGERTY". A Birks 14k man's 3 diamonds row ring in yellow and white gold circa 1950s. The size is approximately size 14, or may be a little larger, as our ring mandrel (ring sizer bar) doesn't go any higher. This vintage gentleman's diamond band is stamped BIRKS (indistinct), it tests as 14k gold and it has an independent gemologist appraisal for $1000 CAD from 2008. The additional marks may have been lost a sizing, as sometimes happens...

Spring is never too far away when you see a swallow. This unique 14Kt gold retro broach captures a moment of tenderness as a swallow is feeding its offspring in their nest. The bird has a ruby eye and seven rose cut diamonds decorate its wings. The intricately woven nest holds the three fledglings represented by three 5 millimeter cultured pearls. The broach measure 1 ¾” high and the width is the same 1 ¾”.

This great pin / brooch has great detail. The Pekingese breed is a toy dog, originating in China. It was popular with royalty of the Chinese Imperial court. The shiny, enamel, white "coat" really makes the green, rhinestone eyes pop. It measures 1 3/8" x 1" x 3/8". The back is marked GERRY'S. It is in excellent condition.
