These abstract earrings have an unconstructed, rough look of Brutalist design. They have pendants with curled, textured and oxidized surfaces that are finished on both sides and dangle from similar tops. They test definitively for sterling silver, and although they are not too heavy for the original ear clips, a good jeweler or metalsmith could convert them to posts to be on the safe side. There are indecipherable marks on the pendant top rings that could be either tool marks or struck...

The bold design of this cuff features Viking influences, with embossed traditional patterns on an oxidized background. The terminals are curved for easily slipping the piece over the wrist, and there are applied triangular plaques where a safety chain was attached. The bracelet is inscribed inside and dated 1967. This unusual sterling silver necklace is constructed of sections 1/8-inch wire in a wavy pattern similar to figure eights laid end to end. This dramatic necklace is composed of linked panels of various shapes, decorated with applied brass wirework and pink stone beads, possibly untreated tourmaline. The modified figure-eight chain is brass. It dates around 1960, and the design is often attributed to the Mexican jeweler Maya, although there is only a partial mark for Mexico on the back. A wonderfully designed and crafted pair of hanging pave diamond earrings, set with 300 full-cut diamonds, with the approximate total weight of 3.25Ct. The top of the earrings are round half domes with a post in the back. The elongated tear drop shaped bottom parts move, and give the diamonds even more sparkle. This twisted enamel bangle of sterling silver resembles the work of Canadian metalsmiths such as Guy Vidal and John Larin, who produced highly textured designs during the late 1960s and 1970s. A rare and very interesting pair of flip-up stirrup cufflinks in 14K yellow gold by Carrington. Each end of the connectors are fitted with a green nephrite jade cabochon. This style was popularized by Cartier, and this is the only we’ve seen by the great American maker, Carrington. The use of nephrite is most unusual, as well, instead of the more common onyx or dark blue sapphire. Each cufflink is stamped with Carrington’s 14K hallmark.
