Late Victorian signet ring, hallmarked for the year 1907-1908 and monogrammed with initials WW or MM, carved to a polished gold face and set into a band with carved scrolled shoulders. The ring featured on this listing is modeled on the ring finger. We think it looks great with other signet rings or by itself. The ring is fairly large in scale at over a half inch wide and a half inches tall (1.4 cm North-South and 1.2+ cm East-West), US size 8 and size-able.

A very attractive pair of Victorian 14K yellow gold bean-back cufflinks finished in the softly bloomed “Russian” finish popular in pieces from the Art Nouveau era. The oval faces are simply finished with a beaded border and are star-set with small round brilliant cut rhodolite garnets. The stones have a very pleasing strongly purplish-red hue, easily mistaken for ruby. The backs are marked “14K”.

Very nice pair of Victorian 14K gold cufflinks in the Arts & Crafts or Aesthetic style. The simple engraved decoration of the gold faces, suggestive of a Celtic design, is typical of jewelry in the Aesthetic taste, as is the use of matrix gemstones such as turquoise. These stones were valued more for their appearance than for their intrinsic worth--another characteristic of Aesthetic jewelry. The back faces are plain gold. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

A striking pair of double-sided cufflinks made from Georgian cut steel and garnet buttons joined with 15K yellow gold chains. The garnets have very attractive medium-bright purplish-red coloring that contrasts nicely with bright sparkle of the cut steel “gems.” The garnet cabochons are held in place with fleur-de-lis shaped prongs. The faceting style of the steel indicates they were made in an earlier period, likely no later than 1790...

A nice, early pair of cuff links from Newark, NJ, maker Krementz and Co. The 14kt gold oblong buttons have a recessed floral design, embedded with white, blue and yellow vitreous enamel. There is very minor wear to the enamel, visible only through magnification. The bridge bars are secure and exhibit no stress or wear; they bear the Krementz mark of 14 K. with an impressed collar button...

An outstanding Victorian 18K yellow gold oval slide locket, the cover with set with an amazing sardonyx cameo depicting an early steamship also rigged with sails. The single smoke funnel, the sails’ rigging and the absence of a sidewheel suggest the locket dates to the mid-19th century. The carving is expertly worked using the alternating cream and rust colors of the sardonyx to represent every small detail. The drop is solid gold and is from the mid to late 1800's when Spain ruled Mexico. The pearls are also genuine and are dispersed around the drop. These double-sided sterling silver cuff links feature bold embossed floral edges around elongated buttons. They are late 19th century and well constructed with securely soldered bridge links, which are marked sterling. They are most likely American. Each side measures a little over 3/4 inch long by 3/16 inch at the widest part. Weight: 4.6 grams total

These highly decorative cuff links, made by Gorham Co. of Providence, RI, feature deeply embossed scrolls enhanced with green enamel paint. The bar on the back of one of the links looks to have been replaced, though it appears to be of the period. While the bar on one is marked sterling, the bar on the other appears to have been silver-plated, with most of the base metal now showing. All of the discs are marked on the reverse with the Gorham sterling mark, the 1898 date mark and the number 120. ...

Desirable double sided sterling silver ornate cufflinks. Chased engraved unmonogrammed cuff links cufflinks stamped STERLING on the neck connecting each 3/4" X 1/2" ovals.
One is stationary the other flips. 1/2 inch between the two on narrower side. No issues, some one may have once dipped them in antitarnish. Still lots of darkening on the chased stamped fronts. Super pre owned condition!
