A matched set of six oval unset hand carved shell cameos c1930s-40s. These 13/16 x 9/16" cameos are new old stock (NOS) and they are from an old Toronto jewellery store. We love the organic beauty of these Art Nouveau period biomorphic form cufflinks. The camera does not reflect the transluscent light of the slightly mysterious looking natural nuggets of smoky quartz. The gold filled toggle backs are stamped PAT. 29920363. Measurements: 5/8in long x 1/2 in wide approximately. Condition of stones is perfect, minor wear to plate.
An authentic ancient rare glass eye bead from east Asia
These 1960s Scandinavian earrings have distinctive, lacy frames, each set with a cabochon carnelian in a bezel mounting. The clip backs are marked S925 and are original; the earrings are probably Danish. The earrings measure ½ inch wide.
These cuff links measure 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8". They are sterling silver with a geo wooden inlay. One of the cuff links is marked BETO 925 and TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO. They have a good heft and are in excellent condition (better than photos).

This great ring is a size 10.5 (men's). It has a fine, large, bezel set tiger's eye stone (7/8" x 5/8" x 3/8"). It is marked 925 LBL MEXICO. It has good heft and is in excellent condition.
This dramatic disk pin features a hammered surface decorated with applied wire in a stylized floral design. A framed dome graces the center and four applied beads enhance the edges of the wire work design. It has a secure trombone clasp and brass pin stem, both original to the piece. The piece is unmarked but tests definitively for silver, likely .800 or .830 and appears European in design. The pin measures 2 1/8 inches in diameter. Gross weight: 20.8 grams
These delicate earrings are from the late 19th century and test as 14kt gold, so they are likely American. Each is formed as a scalloped disc, decorated with a delicately engraved leaf. The screw backs were added later, possibly replacing kidney wires that allowed the discs to drop just below the ear lobe. One of the screw back bars is slightly bent, but secure. Each disc measures about 5/8 inch across. Weight: 4.6 grams total
Silver gilt filigree and enamel brooch by Topazio, depicting a lovely Portuguese lady with a basket of grapes. Figures in elegantly traditional dress are found in many of Topazio’s pieces from the 1920’s and 30’s. The chains fixed to the pin makes the brooch move, and so draws attention to its wearer.
