This size 5-3/4 ring features a central 6 mm. cultured pearl with creamy pink lustre and it is surrounded by 2.5 point blue sapphires and this ring has five single point diamonds adding some flash. The sapphires are tested and well matched however we can't confirm whether they have been treated or not. The attractive setting measures 5/8 x 1/2", this ring weighs 3.2 grams and it has remnants of a mark (it tests as 10k)...
