This is a vintage Oriental style Hattie Carnegie dragon pendant and pin. This item has a gold plated metal foundation that makes up a circle with an Oriental motif to it. This motif surrounds a center green plastic dragon with a pave set rhinestone eye and carved scales that look so realistic. An attractive pair of mid-20th century cufflinks the faces designed as clusters of baroque freshwater pearls overlaid with gold bands centering rows of round brilliant cut diamonds. The pearls have lustrous surfaces, but their craggy shapes give them a more masculine appeal. The gold bands are enhanced with stippled engraving for added texture, and the small diamonds add a little sparkle without being overwhelming. A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish silversmith, Palle Bisgaard in a tiered curved shape. His torque necklace, part of this same line is included in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This is the widest version of this cuff, with an extra tier at the bottom edge.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1" and 3/4" at the widest. There does not appear to be much give so it is better for an average to slender wrist.

This brooch has sparkling clear and deep sapphire blue rhinestones, all prong set. Very three dimensional. Hattie Carnegie plaque on the back. 2 1/2" in diameter. NOTE: the preceding picture of necklace and earrings match this brooch.

A heavy and well-constructed 835 silver European openwork 6-7/8" bracelet. It is 3/8" wide, it has a box clasp with safety loops and it weighs 20.4 grams. It is stamped 835 on the interior of each link (difficult to see), and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

These Margot de Taxco necklaces with a large drop are getting very difficult to find. The drop has a stone 1 in. in diameter and the wearable length is a comfortable 17 in. long. The drop is 2.25 in. long and 2 in. across. No chips or cracks to the stone and no striations that come to the surface. A hefty weight of 74 grams reflect the quality of this treasure. One of Margot Van Voorhies best just, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Two pair of vintage Mexican Sterling Silver screw back earrings by Sigi Pineda in modernist designs. May be purchased together or as two separate pairs.

One pair has a polished layer of sterling intertwined with an textured layer for an interesting contrast. Measure 1 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Marked Sigi Tasco, and Eagle #36. There are some more markings which are under the screw back and can't be read. In fine condition with some minor tarnish...

These earrings are very well made: an indicator of the fine Hobe work. The overlapping petals have nice stamp work around the bezel-set, turquoise, glass cabochon. The earrings are both clipback and screwback. They are gold plated and marked Hobe. They are in excellent condition.

Jade is this fall's fashion stone. This eye-catching large cabochon jade stone is high mount prong set in the center of this fashionable vintage gold tone cocktail ring, stamped inside with letters HMS. Ring size is 6 3/4". Stone measures 3/4' x 1/2". Condition is excellent.

A very attractive gold filled bracelet, the cage-like links enclosing glass spheres intended to mimic green chalcedony. The clasp is hallmarked by Binder Bros. Ca. 1950. Condition: excellent, no wear, all original. Size: 7-5/8" long; 3/4" wide.

Mid-century silver and amethyst ring by Mexican Master silversmith Antonio Pineda. One of his very recognizable designs, perhaps you are fortunate and have the necklace, bracelet or earrings that match this ring. It is a size 5 1/2 - 6, weighs 11 grams, and is in fine original condition. There are no chips or cracks to the amethysts. There are inclusions under the surface of the stones as typical of amethyst. Signed as shown. Everything Antonio Pineda created is a masterpiece.

Constructionist brooch by important jewelry maker Sam Kramer, who produced avant-guarde jewelry in his New York based shop in the 1950s. This interesting piece consists of two arked triangular shaped pieces, which move freely on a tall silver bar. This allows the pieces to move up, down, and side to side, but not to move out of the crossed configuration. Corretly signed with Kramer's distinctive mushroom hallmark as shown. These teardrop-shaped earrings feature purple, grey, violet and black feathers enclosed between pieces of resin or a clear composite. A cut-out zigzag design reveals the feathers through the sterling silver frame. The earrings show some tarnish; they have not been aggressively cleaned to avoid damaging the inserts.
