Some might say this Margot de Taxco pectoral is her defining work since leaving Los Castillo. The length is approximately 17in. Weight is 96 grams of masterful repousse technique. A modernist brooch by noted mid century silversmith, Frances Holmes Boothby in Sterling Silver and Ebony. This large marlin measures 3 3/4" long and 1 1/2" tall. Lightly hammered. Marked fhb, Sterling on the back. Has a safety rollover clasp that holds tightly. Nice condition, just a few minor scratches and a little tarnish. A wonderful example of Mid Century Modern jewelry.

This 1960s-70s wide copper bangle bracelet is unsigned, but nicely designed with four applied discs around the exterior for a clean, modernist look. It is sturdily constructed, thick enough so the shape is intact, and with a quality spring hinge and a small tongue and groove type of feature at the terminals to keep the pieces in place when closed. Sterling bangle by California silversmith, Allan Adler, c.1960's. Handmade and of heavy gauge silver, it measures 2 3/8" diameter and is 3/4" wide. This very substantial piece has a decorative braiding on each side of the sheet silver. It is signed "ALLAN ADLER STERLING" and is in excellent condition. A 14k white gold pearls lily of the valley brooch circa 1950. This elegant vintage 2-1/4" x 1" brooch has six 8mm. cultured pearls and it appears to be a stylized lily of the valley floral spray - a perfect gift for that May birthday.
