This late 19th-century English sterling brooch features a circular design enhanced with twisted silver wires and silver beads, surrounding a globular center. The surface has a beautiful, warm patina and is in lovely condition. It has a secure C-clasp and hinge; the hinge shows a bit of metal stress, but is in good working order. The locket glass and silver frame are still intact. The brooch appears to be unmarked; it is possible it could be marked under the locket back...

A pretty Victorian 14K gold locket, the cover featuring a lion rampant with a shield. The edges of the locket are worked in an ornate rococo design that is mirrored on the large suspension ring. A Victorian hand engraved sterling silver bangle with a double loop clasp. It features fine hand engraving on the shoulders beside the clasp which consists of a double loop in a hook and eye style. It has a fine safety chain anchored to a loop and it measures 2-3/8 x 1-7/8" across the interior and 5/16" wide. The chain has no second loop and it was probably soldered to the other loop as a retaining chain to the underside (where there is some solder) but it is now loose...

An amusing late Victorian brooch fashioned as two crossed golf clubs. The shafts are worked in 18K yellow gold, while the heads are made in platinum. A small pearl, representing a golf ball rests against each club. Sporting jewelry is quite desirable, and golf-related pieces are particularly rare. The back retains the original pinstem and c-clasp. Stamped with French hallmarks.

An unusually nice Victorian gold-filled locket in the aesthetic taste. The front features a marsh scene of reeds and flowers growing alongside the water’s edge, all worked in different shades of gold. The design is enclosed within an engraved border. A 9K almandine garnet sailor's or love knot rose gold collar or cravat pin brooch from the late Victorian era. A mid-Victorian 1-1/2 x 1/2" barbell-style bar pin with enamel and seed pearls c1860-70. This pin has fancy ornate hand-tooled gold work with cobalt blue enamel stars and seed pearls. It is in 15k yellow gold (unmarked but tested), it has an E. Woodrow inscription on the mount, and it has a c-clasp closure. It weighs 6.1 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This Scottish sterling Circa Dove gray Montrose agate anchor brooch is 1 7/8" x 1 1/8". Ca. 1880. Bright cut engraving.

Each of these five late 19th-century heart charms is decorated with embossed scrolls; included is also an engraved faux lock of the same period. The hearts are identical, with one showing minor impacts; the lock looks to be hardly worn. All have their bails intact and are marked sterling on the back. Each heart measures 1/2 inch wide by 3/4 inch long, including the bail; the locket measures just under ½ inch wide by 5/8 inch long. Weight: 4.8 grams total

This Victorian Scottish sterling silver and agate kettle charm is hand engraved and inlaid with banded agate. It is a genuine mid 19th Century antique. There are no hallmarkds but it does test sterling silver. The charm is in very good condition. It is 5.8" x 1/2" approximately. I have seen these priced as high as $695.00.

This Victorian Scottish flush fitting agate panel brooch is 1 1/2" in diameter. There are no hallmarks which is fairly normal for brooches of this period.

The stones are orange Campsie Fells jasper, green and red bloodstone from the Isle of rum, deep red carnelian agate from Glenfarg in Perthshire. Fantastic workmanship! C clasp is in good working condition.

An E A Bliss gold plated buckle design sash brooch circa 1895. This hand engraved pin measures 3-1/8" x 1-5/8" and has the original c-clasp. It has the company mark of the EA Bliss company of New York (est. 1875). This company later became Napier. Sash pins were quite popular at the end of the Victorian era, with some fine Art Nouveau designs also. This lovely oval piece is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, just some moderate patina...

Fit for a museum, this rare and wonderful Egyptian Revival pin has a portrait painted on porcelain. It is mounted in 800 silver and surrounded by 16 coral beads on wire. There have been some repairs [not visible from the front] as is so common in jewelry repaired in the 19th century. 1 1/4" diameter. Circa 1875.
