Velazquez is known for his folkwork style in Mexico City. Repousse carved tops and puffy moth links were his specialty. This amethyst center is a gorgeous glowing stone. A roomy, approximately 17in wearable and a 1 1/8 inch at it's widest point in the drop make a clean, tasteful size to wear with anything and go anywhere. The weight is 53 grams with no damage, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Handmade 14k bangle by Ronald Pearson, Rochester, N.Y., c.1950's. Although unsigned, I have previously had this design in both gold and silver signed by Pearson. Bold vintage German silver Art Deco locket and stylized geometrical patterned chain combine to create neck pizazz. The locket opens easily to hold two large pictures. The chain measures approx. 11 3/4"L and the locket measures 2" x 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" wide approx. The bale adds another 3/4" to the locket length. Excellent vintage condition. Wonderful piece that commands attention.

A 14k yellow gold heart pendant with diamonds from the 1970s. This classy and stylish 1 x 9/16" (including bale) pendant has wave-like styling on one side and a row of 9 genuine diamonds on the other side. The diamonds are approximate 2 points each (by gauge) and this pendant tests as 14k gold (any marks are obscured and not easily seen). It weighs 3.3 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

This fine estate diamond and ruby cluster ring is mounted on a 14K gold band and shows with vintage luster. It retains a sizing bar which may be removed.

They are usually executed en repoussage, come in all widths and configurations and the most "famous" ones are signed by Sanborn's and Maciel. The impressive in heft and presence example I am presenting here differs from most in that its repousse work is closed in the back with an additional sheet of sterling...

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings by Antonio Pineda, Taxco with dangling hoops.

Measure 1/2" at the widest and 2" high. One earring is marked with the Antonio crown, 970 and an Eagle mark. The second earring is marked Hecho en Mexico. Clips hold securely. These earrings have some dings to the edges, surface scratches and some tarnish.

A spectacular pair of Georgian natural seed pearl chandelier earrings, boxed, made in England, mid 19th C, Pendeloque style having tiny seed pearls threaded with gut onto mother of pearl backs, set on marked 18K white gold screw backs. The upper and lower parts of the earrings comprise tiny pearls threaded in circular rows with a central larger pearl. The box marked G. Altman & Co. Fifth Avenue New York. A Mid Century Modernist pair of screw back earrings in two layers of sterling silver by Peggy Miller, an American studio jeweler who worked in Baltimore in the 1950's -60's. These earrings measure 3/4" across one end and 5/8"across on the other end. Measure 7/8" high. Screw backs hold securely. Signed Peggy Miller Sterling on the back of each earring. Nice contrast between the darkened background and the top layer of sterling. Great mid century design.

Stunning statement vintage 16 strand necklace of undyed natural Mediterranean salmon to red coral beads, with a large goldtone metal sliding element with cannetille wirework, and a matching goldtone metal hook clasp. Circa 1940. 17 1/2 inches long and about 1 inch wide. It weighs 126 grams. The beads are about 1/8 inch wide or 5mm by 4mm. Excellent condition. Display form is life size. Silver gilt earrings from the years just after the French Revolution, with hallmarks used 1798 – 1809. “Poissarde” (fishmonger’s wife) model with hinges fastening in the front motif, in this case a faceted ball. The little loops stopped the earrings from sliding forwards in front of the ear lobes. Diameter "1 / 2.8 cm. Condition: fine.
