This moth design necklace from Matilde Poulat bears her earliest block "MATL" hallmark used 1934-1940. It's a true masterpiece, hand-wrought with exquisite silver work. Measures a closed, wearable length of 18 1/2". The centerpiece is 2 5/16" wide and 2 5/8" tall. The turquoise stone measures 3/4" wide. Weight is 55.8 grams. Signed and hallmarked "MATL" and "0.900.

Outstanding vintage signed Los Castillo heavy sterling bracelet with a repousse foliate motif. 1940s, pre-eagle mark. Marked LOS CASTILLO TAXCO, STERLING MADE IN MEXICO, and with design number 116. Very substantial at 94 grams/3.3 ounces. With a hook closure and safety chain.

This is a fine pair of Victorian button shaped 10K gold collar buttons with a small piece of natural coral centered on each. One coral is a deeper shade than the other. The nicely crafted face is divided into quadrants, each with a Chinese repousse cloud design, no marks but the face tests 10K, the back is brass; Circa 1880's.. Measurements: 5/8 in. diameter. Condition is very good with the face and sides near perfect, minor ding to brass back.

This .875 silver bracelet is composed of square panels decorated with embossed rosettes and connected by horizontal wires wound around bars. It has a secure tongue-and-groove clasp; the tongue bears the Latvian .875 silver hallmarks for 1922-1940, with maker’s mark of BR. (Latvia was an independent country during these years; it was part of the Soviet Union 1940-1991.) The bracelet measures 8 inches long by a little over 5/8 inches wide. Weight: 43.2 grams

An elegant Belle Epoque bracelet comprising links in the Louis XVI style, set alternately with round emeralds and rose cut diamonds. The gemstones are set in crimped collets that mimic the center of each flower. Each link is hinged in a way that allows the bracelet to drape nicely on the wrist. The clasp is stamped with French 18K hallmarks and a illegible master goldsmith’s mark.

This is one of our very favorite rings. It would make a lovely engagement ring for a woman who wants something a bit different, and the green & red stones make it great for St. Patrick’s, Christmas, or really any time at all! The central diamond is approximately 20 points (1/5 of a carat, but looks bigger), and is set in platinum. The rest of the setting is made of unmarked but tested 14k gold of a lovely rich yellow. Featuring bridge-like connectors and open rectangular links, this 1960s sterling silver link bracelet features an abstract design characterized by both lightness and visual heft. It appears to have a lacquered finish to keep the silver bright, and is marked 925 on the back of one rectangular link. Rare vintage Thierry Mugler Couture runway festoon necklace. Large cascading rhinestones with even larger pear shaped, unfoiled drops. 15 1/2" (39.5 cm) long from the toggle to the square holder. This CoroCraft sterling blue hook billed bird of paradise brooch is gold plated sterling with rhinestones and wonderfull enameling. It is hallmarked CoroCraft sterling with Pegasus.

This Victorian bangle bracelet has an elaborate filigree of twining leaves,flowers and grapes on the front. I believe this bracelet is brass covered in dore gold color. The bracelet has a push clasp and closes securely. No evidence of corrosion or repairs. Excellent condition.

Dating early 1940's, this is a rarely seen Los Castillo necklace. Likely a Margot design, as she was married to Antonio Castillo at that time. It's a gorgeous piece, with the centerpiece measuring 4 5/8" across, 3" tall. Lays perfectly on the neck, and looks spectactular on. Closed, wearable length is 16". Weight is 92.6 grams. Collector quality, with no issues whatsoever. Excellent in every way.

Rare kinetic showstopper designed by Bent Gabrielsen while he worked for iconic Danish silversmith Hans Hansen. In textured sterling silver with a dangling disc that has a gold wash. The disc has a pitted texture which contrasts beautifully against the vertical pattern of the body of the pendant. This is a large, bold piece, measuring 3.25". Excellent condition. "Signed "Hans Hansen, 925s Denmark."

Circa 1940's, here is a superb pin produced by Chato Castillo. Chato Castillo apprenticed with Matilde Poulat. In the Davis/Pack book "Mexican Jewelry", it's noted that Chato's pieces are all one of a kind. He left William Spratling's Taller de Las Delicias in 1939 to help his brothers start Los Castillo. Many of his early designs were also used as prototypes for pieces later produced by Los Castillo. Measuring 5" tall, 2 1/8" wide, this pin is a sight to behold...
