This cute, sterling silver pin / brooch is a Mexican cat character. He is wearing a bowtie and has abalone (like, fur) belly. It measures 1 1/4" x 1/2" The back is marked with the #3 Assay Mark. It is also marked TAXCO MEXICO, in a circle, with JRC .in the middle. It is in excellent condition.

Vintage chunky heavy signed Cadoro hinged bangle in textured goldtone metal with white enameling and very big opaque glass stones simulating Persian turquoise. 1960s. Marked CADORO, which is a very rare name. With a snap clasp.

Just under 7/8 inch wide and 6 1/2 inches inside circumference.

Rare and beautiful Intertwined Curving X Cuff in 940 silver by Hector Aguilar. It is featured on page 151 of the catalogue from the William Spratling and the Mexican Silver Renaissance Exhibit "MAESTRO DE PLATA" and also on page 19 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny Morrill. This 14K brushed gold trifari necklace sometimes carries the crown mark and sometimes it does not. I have seen it both ways.

It is well constructed to lay perfectly on the neck. It is approximately 12" without the 2" extensions.

Very cute vintage layered plastic pin in white and navy blue in the form of a sailboat, with red painted detail. This is a French piece; several similar figural sailor pins are pictured in the 2003 edition of "Plastic Jewelry" by Lilian Baker, with updates by Ginger Moro and Karima Parry. This piece is 1960s or 1970s. From a Baltimore estate. I also have the matching sailor pin, from the same estate, listed.

An elegant pair of classic Edwardian double-sided cufflinks, the octagonal faces decorated with engine-turned engraving in the form of a spray of acanthus leaves against a stippled background. A most elegant unsigned piece. The translucent glass stones shimmer in a rich red color. The stones are very interesting since the front side of the large square stones are beveled, while the under side of those stones are dome shaped with a carved checkerboard pattern. This makes all the more shimmer when the piece moves. The age of the necklace is hard to determine, probably mid 1900's, possibly the 1940's...

We have a signed, early Fred Davis bracelet today to offer. The amethyst stones are a mix of milky swirl to a dark purple. When you look into them it appears to be a whole other world inside them. They are without chips or cracks. I could not do justice to them in my photos and there is reflection on their surfaces. They are a fancy barrel cut and the all silver links area cut in a half cylinder shape. There are no dents or damage. A little over 1 inch tall in height and a weight of 70 grams...
