Looking like three dimensional lace, this bracelet by Tortolani is magnificent, and it is rare! Each piece of Tortolani was hand-cast in pewter. Pieces were hand polished and finished in silver or gold plate. The bracelet is signed inside. 7" inside circumference, 1 5/8" wide, 3/8" thick.

A 10k double opals and red spinels ring from the 1960s. This size 5-1/2 yellow gold ring features two claw-set opals with two red spinels. All stones are claw-set and the opals have nice green and orange flash. The setting measures 7/16 x 3/8" and it is stamped 10K with an obscured maker's mark. This ring weighs 2.0 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

Very nice vintage condition with original oxidation

Here is a continuous sterling silver cable chain of nice heft, with a working swivel clasp marked sterling. The chain itself tests for sterling as well, and is sturdily made. The piece dates around 1920. The chain measures 28 inches inches long, and the bail and swivel add another inch. Weight: 29.3 grams

An elegant Georgian 18K gold fob seal worked in a floral pattern and set at the base with an amethyst tablet engraved with an armorial crest. The floral design continues up the shoulders to the loop by which the fob would have been hung from a watch chain. Tested and guaranteed 18K gold.

A very fine pair of heavy 18K yellow gold and platinum double-sided cufflinks by David Webb. The round faces are shaped as compressed spheres (imagine an old-fashioned flying saucer) bisected by pairs of parallel raised bars. Each face is centered with a round brilliant blue sapphire bezel-set in platinum. The smaller, back faces are hinged so they can easily be put through a cuff. The gold and platinum have a very elegant brushed texture that contrasts beautifully with the sapphires...

This traditional, Norwegian solje pin, c. 1950’s, was made by Aksel Holmsen. It has an appealing stamped design and six dangling, concave disks. The back is signed, “NORWAY STERLING 925 S,” and has the Holmsen maker’s mark (2 overlapping silversmith tools--see pictures). The brooch has a C-catch and a diameter of 1”. It is in excellent condition.

Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is sized to a 7.

The faces are worked in 14K yellow gold and are decorated with engine-turned engraving in several motifs. The front face on each cufflink is set with a high-domed cabochon blue sapphire. A large sterling silver thistle pin, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1950. This 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" pin has a c-clasp with a brass pin. It is stamped with an F.N. maker's mark, it weighs 11.0 grams and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

This mid-century ring is a very rare and possibly one of a kind piece from Antonio Pineda. It is absolutely stunning with a large presence, and it's collector quality. The face of the ring features nine dense green stones topped with four pearls. The face measures 1 1/16" x 7/8", and has a height of 7/16". The ring size is 7 1/4. Weight is 15.5 grams. Signed and hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco crown, 970 Hecho en Mexico, and the eagle assay 17. In excellent vintage condition.

A sterling silver brooch #310 by Georg Jensen, in a ruffle design. Measures about 1 3/8" across and 1 1/8" high. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, Sterling, Denmark, and style #310. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Warm patina, with some tarnish. In very nice condition with minor scratches. Great classic design.

Felipe Martinez opened his shop, "Piedra Y Plata" in 1950. A former sculptor who had worked with Hubert Harmon in the 1940's, Martinez was known for his work with beautiful stones which melded seamlessly into his silver designs. This bracelet is an exquisite example of what he was known best for. It's a thick and substantial piece, with six silver panels - each having three sections of azurite stone inlay...

Circa 1949-1953, this bracelet bears the "Jewels by Antonio" hallmark - one which is not often seen. It's an elegant and exquisite bracelet, with eight panels, each with a gorgeous round moonstone. I believe the silver to be a very high purity. I have not seen this exact design before. The push button tongue box clasp is topped with a moonstone, creating a seamless appearance when closed.
