An attractive pair of 18K yellow gold baton-style cufflinks, the faces set with round brilliant-cut G/H color diamonds and channel-set square rubies. The gold surfaces have a semi-matte finish that accents the brilliance of the gemstones very nicely. Solid bridges connect the faces to hinged backs. The bridges are marked “750” and also have serial numbers, but no maker’s mark.

Beautiful distinctive antique gold ring with two luminous globe shaped moonstones. The ring has Etruscan style wirework and an unusual oval shape. Not marked but tests positive for 14KT gold with jeweler's acid. Late 19th century. It weighs 2 grams. Each moonstone is 5 millimeters. The top is 1/2 inch long. Ring size 4. Excellent condition. Circa mid-century, this bracelet is the work of Felipe Martinez / Piedra Y Plata. Martinez, who had worked with Hubert Harmon in the 1940's, opened his shop "Piedra Y Plata" in 1950. Before opening his shop Martinez had been an expert sculptor. This unusual bracelet is cleverly hand-built from cast circular elements, each riveted to the next. The rivets allow the circular pieces to move as on a hinge, and each is connected at an angle to accommodate a comfortable fit on the wrist. The box clasp is sturdy and secure, with a figure-eight safety catch. Although the circular elements are hollow, the bracelet has a good heft and has a Constructivist aesthetic. Composed of two rectangular layers of sterling silver, top one curved and with a cutout comma-shaped design exposing a highly oxidized interior.
