A large vintage cross pendant in Sterling Silver with Coral, Amethyst and Turquoise designed by Matilde Poulat and executed by her nephew, Ricardo Salas. Marked with both the Salas and Eagle #129 marks which is unusual.
Cross measures 3 1/4" tall including the small bale and 2 1/4" wide.
Marked MATL Mexico, 925 and Salas. Also marked MREG 142093 and Eagle #129.
Amethyst stones are pyramid shaped and have natural occlusions. Some of the coral stones are different thicknesses...
This is "The Armadillo" cuff. (The necklace is no longer available). It was designed circa 1945-50 by Valentin Vidaurreta and made by master silversmith Manuel Altamirano who worked for Valentin and also for Hector Aguilar. It is featured on page 198 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny C. Morrill. The cuff is 5 1/2" around in the inside plus a 1 1/2" opening. It is 1 5/8" wide in the front and in fine all original condition with no damage or repairs...
An early Danish Skonvirke 826 silver brooch signed BH and with a dragonfly for Bernard Hertz, Copenhagen 1893-1937. He was a silversmith who was well known for his early Skonvirke designs.
Measures 2 7/8" long and 2 3/8" at the widest. Has a round bezel set green stone cabochon, maybe Chrysoprase, at the bottom and a larger bezel set oval darker green cabochon at the top.
Marked 826, BH in a rectangle, and with an impressed dragonfly mark on the back...

A very attractive pair of 14K yellow gold double-sided cufflinks, the faces set with blister pearls, by Carrington. The pearls have very lustrous surfaces with good iridescence and are simply set in gold frames. These cufflinks would look particularly good worn with a dark shirt. The backs are stamped with Carrington's 14K gold mark.
Origin: America, ca. 1910. Condition: excellent, all original. Dimensions: front faces, 3/4" x 9/16"; back faces, 7/16" x 9/16". Weight: 7.5 grams.

An elegant Edwardian heart-shaped locket worked in 18K yellow gold. The front cover is enhanced with a small rose cut diamond and three small no-heat rubies set in a stylized floral pattern with engraved stems. The decoration is reminiscent of Imperial Russian jewels of the era, but the locket bears French gold hallmarks and is marked “Déposé” indicating that the design had a copyright of sorts. The edges of both the front a back covers are finished with banded reeding décor...
An elegant Retro 14K yellow gold floral brooch, the flower head set with a ring of blue sapphires surrounding a cabochon moonstone. This classic combination of moonstone and sapphire was very popular in Retro jewelry, probably because the color of sapphires brings out the blue undertones of moonstone. The quality of the stones is very fine. The sapphires are a bright cornflower blue, and the moonstone has very good adularescence. The back is marked “14K”.

This great example of Victorian period sentimental or mourning hair jewellery is in 15k yellow gold with a centrally set genuine 12 pt. rose cut diamond and a compartment on the back containing a curl of blonde hair with a silk cord. The brooch is unmarked but tested and is guaranteed to be gold, and the diamond has been checked with a gemologist...
This is a magnificent French past pendant circa early 1800s. It is 2 1/2" tall and 1 7/8". It is in excellent condition. There are what appears to be 2 touch marks on this item which are completely unreadable to me.

A fun piece of sporting jewelry depicting a crossed pair of croquet mallets and a coral ball inside the wicket. The banded agate stone is black with a single white line and has never been engraved. Croquet became fashionable among the English elite in 1856 when when the first book of croquet rules was published and the All England Croquet Club was formed at Wimbledon. The fob is stamped “10 ct.”
