Composed of hollow-cast embossed panels with a geometric design, enhanced by oxidation. The necklace is secured by a hook closure that bears the maker’s initials of JSE, as well as marks for sterling and a partial mark of some sort. The back of one panel is also marked sterling. The necklace measures 15 ¼ inches long by 1 inch wide. Weight: 40.6 grams
A vintage sterling silver heavy brooch by Artemio Navarrete. Navarrete helped William Spratling open his Taller de Las Delicias in 1931. He opened his own workshop in 1936.
This example is signed with the conjoined AN, Taxco and 940 for better than sterling silver. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).

This Coro combined brooch and folding photo locket ( 4 frame family) is 2 1/2" closed x 1". It is in vertual mint condition despite it's age. This locket was designed by Alfred Katz Des 152,103 in 1948
A well crafted, hand wrought necklace with four bezel set onyx cabochons suspended from a lightly hammered sterling silver link chain.
Each side of the chain measures about 10" long for a total of 21" including the secure hook clasp. The pendant measures 2 1/2" long and 1 5/8" at the widest.
Marked sterling on the back in three places. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches. Lays nicely on the neck.

This chain is nicely hand-constructed with applied cast curled pieces that are reminiscent of the applied and hand-worked French chains of the turn of the 20th century. This one appears to be a bit later; the beading looks to have been cast with the rest of the elements and connected with hand-formed S-shaped links. It has a hand-formed hook closure, and a substantial feel. There is a partial mark for .800 silver on the hook...

This whimsical midcentury sterling silver bracelet features large, novelty charms on a thick chain, all marked Mexico; it was probably made for the tourist trade. The stone is fascinating and perfect for this solid setting.
