This bold and intricate ring is the work of Hans Teppich, an Israeli silversmith who was especially active in Jerusalem during the 1950s. Flattened sterling silver wirework curls around an oval cabochon chrysoprase, which is securely bezel-mounted. The stone bears no scratches or other signs of wear. The band is well wrought and strong. The ring top is large, measuring 1 1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide. The Teppich and sterling marks are inside the band. The ring is sized to a little over a 5.
Sterling ring by deceased modernist jeweler, Jo Catanzaro, Buffalo, NY, who died in 2004 in her 80's. Handmade with oxydized and shiny silver elements. Front irregular circle measures 7/8" in diameter, band is 1/4" wide and is size 7 1/2. Signed "JO CATANZARO"(on band) and "CATANZARO" on underside of front. Excellent condition. This ring is part of a large collection that came from her studio after her death. Some of the pieces are unfinished and unsigned...

Here is a continuous sterling silver cable chain of nice heft, with a working swivel clasp marked sterling. The chain itself tests for sterling as well, and is sturdily made. The piece dates around 1920. The chain measures 28 inches inches long, and the bail and swivel add another inch. Weight: 29.3 grams

A lightly hammered pewter brooch with a central rose colored round Ruskin pottery jewel. Marked Hand Wrought Plantagenet, REGSIN, Pending on the back. Plantagenet hand wrought jewelry was retailed through Liberty & Co. of London in the early 1900s.
Measures 1 3/8" in diameter. Has a 'C' clasp that holds securely. There is a small piece of wire wrapped around the hinge.

Not much is known about Industria Argentina, except that they produced exceptionally designed and crafted jewelry in the 1950s and '60s. This weighty silver ring is typical of their purist modernist aesthetic.
Size 6. Marked "Industria Argentina, Buenos Aires," and hallmarked 900 for silver fineness. Quite substantial at 11.9 grams. Excellent vintage condition.
