Beautifully detailed and dimensional gold washed 800 silver pin depicting old Roman scene of two women primping. Very sculptural, it has architectural borders and is cut on both sides as though taken from a larger sculpture. It is signed "800 with a maker's mark" and is in excellent condition. Vintage unsigned unmarked yet tested sterling silver Mission style bail holding an odd faceted light as a feather amber pendant on newer 21" sterling chain.
The amber piece is Just under 2 1/2" X 1 1/8 @ widest while the large bench made bail adds another 3/8". This is an old piece as evidenced by some teenie semi circular drill marks at the drilled areas that old organic pieces often get from age and arid conditions. Priced Accordingly.
