This stickpin features a burnt orange or caramel-colored oval carnelian – yummy!. It is set in (stamped) 10kt gold and surrounded by an oval gold frame set with 4 seed pearls. The setting measures 13/16” x 1/2", and the whole thing is 2-3/8" long. Circa 1915. The pin has a little bit of a bend toward the top, typical of gold stick pins and not visible when it’s worn, of course. Otherwise in excellent antique condition. An elegant large-scale 18K gold hinged bangle bracelet with repousse floral decoration by Charles Armsheimer & Son. The design is so expertly worked that the hinge is nearly invisible when the bracelet is being worn. Armsheimer’s workshop was located on Maiden Lane, the heart of New York’s jewelry industry in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The tongue of the clasp is stamped “18K” and also has the maker’s mark for Charles Armsheimer & Son.

Art Deco Pin, platinum and diamond par pin bead-prong set with twelve old European cut diamonds. The total diamond weight is 4.0 carats. The average GIA clarity grade is SI/1 and the color is G-H. The pin has side engraved details, and has a Black, Starr & Frost stamp. The craftsmanship is fine, and the condition is excellent. Circa 1901 - 1914. The pin measures 2” in length. This pretty pin combines the styles of Art Nouveau and Edwardian jewelry. We are attributing it to Whiteside & Blank, although it’s unsigned (not unusual for the time), since it’s remarkably similar to another piece by them. The pin consists of a gold framework enameled in very pale green – almost white - in a formal Edwardian key pattern. Here is an English-made whistle of copper-plated brass and base metal, that may have been made for the U.S. market. The front is labeled ‘The Acme/Boy Scouts’ with the English registration number for 1914, and ‘Patent’ underneath.
