An elegant pair of sterling silver cufflinks, the faces depicting a long-haired maiden gazing at a star. The faces are hallmarked for London, 1902 and also have an unidentified maker’s mark “RF”. The faces were originally buttons and are now connected with silver chains to torpedo backs.

The image is quite similar to American "Morgan" silver dollars from the late 19th century. The color contrast of the stone is quite remarkable. The Edwardian fashion for white metal and pale colors is perfectly represented in this lovely bar pin. The white gold is marked and tests 9 k. The pin is 2" long, and is centered with a ½" diamond-shaped, faceted amethyst of lovely color. It dates from the early 20th century.

Intricate and unusual knot ring from Birmingham, England hallmarked for 1908. The gold-work is woven, twisted, knotted, and partly engraved. The front of the ring measures approximately 12.5 mm at its widest. The detail stretches approximately 1" across the front of the ring. It is currently a size 7.5. It is fully hallmarked inside the shank with a maker's mark, purity mark, town mark, date mark, and English Registry Number. It is in excellent condition, and the overall weight is 6.8 grams.
