Large Gusanos (caterpiller)Mexican solid gold earrings at 2inches by half an inch wide make for a grand presence. The weight is 7.3 grams of gold that tests from around 9kt to 12kt. These older filigree pieces are not signed and originate from Oaxaca. Absolutely lovely 2 rows of seed pearls are wired and tied off on the back and some solder over the ends finishes the durability of the piece. The seed pearls look more silver than the monitor shows them to be.

An elegant 14K yellow gold gold bracelet constructed with modified gatelinks, each enhanced with engraved details. The five center links are set with round sapphires. The sapphires have intense coloring and excellent clarity. The interior is stamped "14K" and also has Crane & Theurer's maker's mark.

A vintage c1910 top-hinged photo locket fob pendant in 14k yellow gold with an inset genuine antique European cut 12 point (by gauge) diamond. The back has an inscription stating: "PRESENTED TO T.A. EATON BY MEMBERS OF PASSENGER DEPT G.T.R. MARCH 1910", and it has a 14K gold mark. The famous Timothy Eaton family of Toronto were involved with the Grand Trunk Railroad at this time - it is most likely that T.A. Eaton was Thomas Alden Eaton, son of James Eaton and nephew of Timothy Eaton...

An unusually fine and large 14K yellow gold sunburst brooch set with 105 natural seed pearls surrounded a .33 carat old European cut diamond (graded I, VS2). The pearls have very fine color and lustre. The piece retains its original folding pendant bail and pinstem, so it can be worn as a pendant or brooch...

This adorable puppy stick pin is unmarked, but the gold tests at about 12kt. The total length is 2-1/8”, the dog’s face is 1/2” x 7/16”, and it weighs 0.9g. He may be a Weimaraner. They were bred as hunting dogs in the early 1800s in Germany, and were named after the Grand Duke Weimar. In real life they are a silvery color, but this guy is made from a nice warm gold...

An elegant Edwardian bracelet comprising rectangular filigree plaques of 14K gold centering collet-set oval amethysts. The filigree is amazingly detailed. The amethysts have rich, saturated color and no zoning. The tongue of the clasp is stamped “14K.”

A vintage hand wrought Sterling Silver reticulated floral brooch. Measures 2 3/4" across and 1 1/4" at the widest. Signed Handwrought, Sterling and with an impressed mark that looks like a flower pot. Has a rollover clasp that hold securely. The brooch is thick sterling and curved, not flat. In fine condition with very minor surface wear and a little tarnish. Classic Arts and Crafts period piece.

An Edwardian 9k pearl and paste stones brooch circa 1900 - 1910. This antique 1" across yellow gold pin has a 5.7 mm genuine pearl in the center. The pearl has a nice cream-color lustre, and the four surrounding stones are synthetic emeralds (or green paste) and the rest are clear paste (or possibly white sapphires - all of these open-back stones are untested)...

An Arts and Crafts hammered sterling silver ring with a blue bezel set cabochon by the Art Silver Shop of Chicago. Stone measures 3/4" long and 1/2" across. Measures about a size 3 1/2 so currently would probably be worn as a pinky ring. Marked on the back with Hand Made, conjoined TASS and Sterling. Mark is behind the part of the ring where the stone is so it could resized without disturbing it. You can see the light hammering. Beautifully made. Great example.

A well crafted sterling silver brooch signed Sterling Handwrought and The Gorham Co. Probably executed by the Chicago silversmith Bjarne Meyer. Beautifully hand hammered silver. Bjarne Meyer did work for Gorham and also worked for Georg Jensen, USA. Measures 1 5/8" across. Has a three dimensional repousse design, possibly a stylized feather or apple. Dark patina, has some tarnish. Fine example of Arts and Crafts silver work.
