A vintage heavy modernist pendant with a raw amethyst wrapped in silver metal, (probably plate) in a brutalist design. Signed Nielsen Denmark in two places. Measures 2 5/8" long and 1 3/4" wide. Also measures 1 3/8" thick. Has a large round bale so can accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Fine condition, wonderful design.

Made of interlocking solid box links, this sterling silver chain has a sturdy feel and appears to have been hand-assembled. It has a novel W-shaped clasp. It is unmarked, but tests as sterling silver. The links are well designed and have a smooth, snake-like movement. The chain measures 26 ½ inches long, unclasped. This moth design necklace from Matilde Poulat bears her earliest block "MATL" hallmark used 1934-1940. It's a true masterpiece, hand-wrought with exquisite silver work. An aurora borealis rhinestone sweep fringe pin and earrings set from the 1960s. This fine, glittery aurora borealis rhinestone pin and matching clip-on earrings set dates to the 1950s-60s. The 2-3/4" x 2-1/4" pin has a safety clasp and the 2" x 1/2" free-swinging earrings are gold plated as is the pin. The claw-set stones are round and baguette shaped, and this unsigned set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

An elegant 18K yellow gold ring set with a faceted amethyst by famed mid-century Brazilian designer Haroldo Burle Marx. The sculptural quality of the design is highlighted by the contrast of wire-brushed and polished surfaces surrounding the deep violet amethyst. The interior of the shank is fully signed "Burle Marx 18K" and has Brazilian hallmarks.

Burle Marx worked in Brazil, and his only international boutique was at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC...

Signed as shown this Lotus necklace is dramatic, made of thick silver repousse and does command an audience when gazed upon. It is also Mona Lisa's favorite as you see her in it. the drop is 4.5 inches across and 4.5 inches down. For size the 4.5in down is also part of the wearable of 17 inches. No damage anywhere. We have a properly signed Antonio Pineda crescent necklace styled with black onyx and having a height of one inch. The weight is 111 grams of quality construction. A natural dark patina is on this treasure and it gives a smoky rich look but many wish Pineda's to be shiny so I will leave that up to the buyer. It sits up on an angle and lays perfectly on the neck with a 17 inch wearable length. I listed a matching bracelet on my site as well if you dream of a set...

This iconic Spratling brooch was designed c. 1940's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The pin stands 2 1/2" tall X 2" wide and weighs 41 grams. Each amethyst is bezel set and surrounded by a deep channel giving the eyes a 3 D effect. Both silver and stones are in beautiful condition. Pin back and safety are in fine working order. An outstanding Victorian lion's claw pendant mounted in 18K yellow god in the Etruscal Revival style. The mounting is covered with twisted rope, stippling and applied bead decoration, and is finished with a slightly matte surface. The quality of workmanship suggests the workshops of Rome as a likely place of origin.
