A classic Art Deco 18K white gold Russian braid chain necklace with opal cabochons and faceted onyx beads sandwiched together into egg-shaped stations along the length. The opals have nice play-of-color with a preponderance of blues and greens. Most station chain necklaces are quite long, but the shorter length of this example makes for a very wearable, delicate look. The clasp is stamped with French 18K marks.

A classic late Victorian gold padlock clasp. These were used mostly for bracelets but could also be used with necklaces. Today, they are often worn as charms or in their original function. In Victorian jewelry symbolism, padlocks represented the unbreakable bonds of love. The padlock with stamped with the English 9ct mark, but the jump tests as 14K gold.

A wonderfully crafted sterling silver cuff bracelet by noted Arts and Crafts metalsmith, Walter Jennings. Has a lightly hammered central floral design with a recurring Arts and Crafts detail on the edges.

Marked with the conjoined WJ and Sterling on the inside. The WJ is only partially struck.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/4". Measures 7/8" at the widest, tapering slightly at the ends...

One of my favorite female designers of Mexico's 20th c. Silver Renaissance (and admittedly, they aren't so many to begin with), Carmen Beckmann was a rather flexible maestra, able to create in many different styles. using a variety of materials. Her jewelry can be massive and jaw-dropping but quite as easily delicate and more sophisticated...

Fabulous bracelet composed completely of violet-colored glass flowers and green leaves strung on an amber glass chain. This is one of the best pieces of early glass jewelry we've encountered. The delicacy and detail of the modeling is outstanding, as are the colors. The bracelet retains its original brass c-clasp.

Origin: probably Czechoslovakia, circa 1920. Condition: all original, all pieces intact, two flowers have minute flakes. Size: 7-1/2" long.

Beautiful distinctive antique gold ring with two luminous globe shaped moonstones. The ring has Etruscan style wirework and an unusual oval shape. Not marked but tests positive for 14KT gold with jeweler's acid. Late 19th century. It weighs 2 grams. Each moonstone is 5 millimeters. The top is 1/2 inch long. Ring size 4. Excellent condition. A 14k pearls on branch brooch circa 1950. This top quality 14k (unmarked but tested and guaranteed) yellow gold branch or flower head pin is laden with lovely cultured pearls. It measures 2-1/2 x 1-3/8" and it weighs 11.3 grams. The well-matched pearls all have a fine silvery white lustre and they measure from 3.5 to 7 mm. This brooch has a safety catch and it is unsigned; it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A vintage modernist heavy sterling silver cuff bracelet by Antonio Pineda, Taxco embellished with four pearls. Thick sterling curved bars attached with spheres and four small saucers with a pearl in each one. Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/4" and 15/16" wide. Marked with the Antonio crown, Silver, 970, Sterling Mexico and an Early Eagle 17 mark. The saucers on the edges have some minor flattening. Sterling has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Wonderful and rare.

A sterling silver pendant necklace with a Tiger's Eye cabochon in a modernist design. Marked with what looks like KL in a Circle, 925, © and 1974. So far we have been unable to identify the silversmith. This pendant has a little tarnish.

Arts & crafts handmade period silver and moonstones dagger pin, c.1910. Quite LARGE and made of very heavy gauge silver, it measures 4" LONG and the dagger can be removed from the sheath. The silver work is very decorative and intricate. The sheath and the dagger each have pin backs and be worn open(in two pieces) or closed(as one). A nice quality and heavy 18K gold watch key enhanced with black enamel and seed pearls suspending a pair of foxtail chain tassels and a dog clip clasp. This was originally the cross bar and fob attachments for a Victorian watch chain. With the entire assembly attached to a necklace using the existing jump ring, the key and and tassels would make stunning "charms" and another charm of your choice could be attached to the dog clip...

A handsome pair of vintage 14K yellow gold cufflinks by Tiffany & Co. The round faces are accented with sunburst engraving and are centered by round mixed-cut blue sapphires. The sapphires are very slightly greenish-blue in color, with dark tone and moderately strong saturation. They have excellent clarity. The toggles are marked “14K” and the toggles are marked “Tiffany & Co.”

Drawing inspiration from Mexico’s Spanish Colonial past, this sterling silver necklace and earrings set by Margot de Taxco combines dark oxidation with overlay and deep hand-chasing to achieve an elaborate and rich Old World visual effect.
