I love the old hand made flies. They are so realistic and these are in 2 sizes. One is 1.75in. long and 1.25in. wide. This one is a pre-1948 980 TAXCO hallmark and weighs 6 grams heavy. The other is a bit smaller but not without detail measuring 1.5in. tall and 1 in. wide. The weight is 4.7 grams heavy. This one has an eagle 3 and is hallmarked EML IGUALA. The wings are wonderful and bent in an active position. The smaller one even has the dots/holes that a real fly has...

A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by the noted Mid Century jeweler, Bill Tendler.

Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 5/8". Marked TENDLER Sterling. Fine condition with minor surface scratches and tarnish. There is a small area on the side of the wire that is a little flattened, but may be original.

Nice contrast of wide and thin sterling. Well crafted, quality piece.

This very stylish 18Kt white gold openwork ring is centered by a 6 X 5 millimeter bezel set natural emerald that weighs approximately 1.25Ct. The center stone is encircled by ten brilliant cut diamonds with the approximate total weight of 0.60Ct. The top measures 16 X 14 millimeters and the 7 ¼ size ring can easily be resized.

The spectacular appearance of this vintage couture necklace owes to its dazzling rainbow of colored glass bulbs dangling from a double linked gold plated chain. The bulbs are drizzled with gold for added bling. This necklace is most likely from the 1970s and used in a runway appearance for high end fashion models. Abstract - and rather chubby - fish wrought in sterling silver with overlay and oxidation hang off the earlobes with this set of abstract Mexican dangles signed by Sigi Pineda. I don't believe I had this specific design by the talented - and prolific - Taxco modernist before but I am very familiar with the line and definitely in love with it...

A perfectly designed 18Kt yellow gold broach from the 1960-s, depicts an antique car, with great detail and accuracy. The front is completely three dimensional while the rear of the car is narrowed to make the broach practical to wear. The measurements of the car are 1 7/8” long and 1 1/8” high at the highest point.

This unique pendant measures 1 1/8" long x 3/4". It displays silver, textured, oxidized areas with blue enamel accents. This piece is in excellent condition and has good heft.

This great ring is sterling silver with a central, honey onyx stone. It measures 7/8" x 3/4" x 1/2". The band is flexible and marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 with SBA in the middle. It is also marked with the eagle assay mark 3, and STERLING. It is excellent condition.

A vintage beautifully carved natural shell cameo with a 10k gold filigree edge and safety clasp c1910-20. This 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" cameo features a classical beautiful woman covered in flowers / roses, most likely this is a representation of Chloris, known more usually by her Roman mythological name of Flora. This late 19th-century sterling silver bar pin is formed as four graduated medallions with classical military profiles. It was made by the Frank M. Whiting Co. of North Attleboro, MA, and bears the maker’s mark on the back. The features of the faces are sharply molded and detailed. There is a modified C-clasp on the back. The pin measures 2 1/4 inches long and about 3/4 inch at its widest part.

Dramatic large hand made sterling Mayan face/headdress pin by LOS CASTILLO, Mexico, 1942. Measures 3 1/4" by 2 1/4" and signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MADE IN MEXICO 530". This pin has a barette-type of closure. However, the points are very sharp so is not a barette but rather an alternate type of pin closure.
