A sophisticated Edwardian ring featuring a rectangular cabochon of moss agate nestled in a 14K yellow gold filigree mounting. The quality of the piercing is superb. The moss agate is nicely transparent with intense deep green wisps that seem to float in the stone. Moss agate is a rather unusual gemstone selection for this style of setting, but the stone seems to have been a favorite of the designers at Larter, as we have seen several fine examples of its use in unexpected ways...

We love the organic beauty of these Art Nouveau period biomorphic form cufflinks. The camera does not reflect the transluscent light of the slightly mysterious looking natural nuggets of smoky quartz. The gold filled toggle backs are stamped PAT. 29920363. Beautiful large oval sterling and turquoise brooch by Chicago Arts & Crafts silversmith Mary Gage. Composed of six chased sterling lily pads that frame a large oval natural turquoise stone that is held in place by silver loops. There are applied silver beads in various locations. A pretty 10K yellow and rose gold half-hoop wedding band, the front decorated with finely engraved roses. The flower petals are worked in rose gold for added contrast and the entire design is recessed to prevent wear to the carving. A superb pair of vintage, mid-century platinum earrings with green tourmalines and diamonds. The large rectangular step cut tourmalines contrast beautifully with the surrounding ribbons of diamonds and the whiteness of the platinum settings. This mid-century, handmade pendant is decorated with an applied pinwheel motif. The chain is sturdy and has a secure spring-ring clasp; it is original to the piece.
