A sterling silver modernist pendant necklace with a brutalist design by Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From. Pendant is textured and oxidized and has a layer of gold in the center.

Marked From 925S on the back and also on the clasp.

The central pendant measures about 1 3/8" long and 1" high.

The necklace measures 16 1/4" long in total.

A vintage Mexican silver and amethyst large brooch reminiscent of the work of Antonio Pineda and Hubert Harmon. Has a large carved amethyst stone as the face and amethyst cabochons at the end of each earring.

A beauty from the past is this Art Nouveau 14Kt yellow gold bar pin. The pin is decorated by 3 multi colored enameled leaves and 4 2.5 mm oriental seed pearls. The length of the pin is 33 millimeters and the width is 6 millimeters.

An amusing late Victorian brooch fashioned as two crossed golf clubs. The shafts are worked in 18K yellow gold, while the heads are made in platinum. A small pearl, representing a golf ball rests against each club. Sporting jewelry is quite desirable, and golf-related pieces are particularly rare. The back retains the original pinstem and c-clasp. Stamped with French hallmarks.

A 12k rose gold shell cameo brooch pendant circa 1870-80. This 1-1/2 x 1-1/4" pin pendant features a maiden carved out of a yellowish-grey shell; it is bezel-mounted in the gold setting (unmarked but tested (both 12k and 15k gold were used as part of the United Kingdom gold standard until 1932). The setting has a gate-latch clasp and a fully swivelling folding loop for wear as a pendant...

This is typical fine work by Hobe. The leaves and bow are layered. The roses go a step further by having individual petals wrap to form a circle just as real roses do. The semi-triangular plaque with the rectangular bottom marked Hobe, sterling, 1/20 14k, indicates that this brooch is lovely older Hobe dating between 1918 and 1932. 3" long.1 1/2" wide. 1/2" deep.

A modernist bracelet, 'Agena' by Zoltan Popovits for Lapponia, Finland in sterling silver.

Marked with the Lapponia Hallmark, 925, Finnish silver standard mark, date code F8, and scales mark.

Measures 7 1/2" long and 1/4" at the widest. Has a locking clasp that holds securely. Light texture for an interesting effect. Links are curved so lays nicely on the wrist.

Beautiful hand made sterling belt buckle by Novak, c.1970's. This post-modern arts & crafts 2-part buckle has a striking shiny finish,is hand hammered, and has granulated silver balls. A nice, early pair of cuff links from Newark, NJ, maker Krementz and Co. The 14kt gold oblong buttons have a recessed floral design, embedded with white, blue and yellow vitreous enamel. There is very minor wear to the enamel, visible only through magnification. A 14k heart pendant with diamonds on a chain necklace circa 1960s. This 9/16" x 9/16" heart shape yellow gold pendant has four genuine brilliant cut facetted diamonds, channel set into the heart. It comes with 19-1/4" fine link 14k yellow gold chain. The diamonds graduate from 1 to 4 points by gauge, and the pendant and chain are both stamped 14 K. Lovely Edwardian brooch featuring beautifully-crafted floral swirls and filigree of yellow gold surrounding a carved oval plaque of chrysoprase centered with a collet-set white sapphire. Pair of floral design period retro sterling, turquoise, and rubies scatter pins, c.1940's. A vintage sterling silver modernist pendant and necklace by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Pendant reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. Pendant measures 3 1/8" long to the top of the bale and 2 1/8" at the widest. Chain is attached at the bale and closes with a spring clasp that holds tightly. Chain measures about 17" around. Very unusual vintage sautoir necklace in dark goldtone metal with very large double sided green glass faceted glass stones in bezel settings. Circa 1950 or possibly earlier. 55 inches wearable length. The green stone stations are 7/8 inch long and 5/8 inch wide. Gorgeous period art nouveau sheath with nude woman playing the harp sitting in the ocean waves with birds flying above by Unger Brothers, Newark, c.1905. The sheath probably held and can hold a comb, nail file, etc. and measures 3 7/8" long by 13/16" wide and the opening is 1/8" thick(so item should be a bit thinner) by 3/4" long. The design goes all the way around including the narrow edges. It is signed "UB STERLING 925 FINE UB" and is in very good condition. Beautiful example of American art...

This great 14Kt yellow gold bar pin dates back to circa 1920. The top is decorated by an openwork design and centered by a 3 milimeter round faceted natural blue sapphire. The pin is 2 ½” long and 3/16” wide.

Bold high-set modernist crystal ring by Swedish designer Gison Liedholm. The setting makes quite a statement, soaring a full 3/4" above the band. Made in the middle of the 20th Century.
