Margot Van Voorhies signed design # 5513 is a large bracelet measuring 1.5in. tall with a royal presence. It is an airy design but constructed with thick silver repousse and weighing in at 62 grams of heft. The length is 7.5in. There is no damage of any kind and has a natural patina. One of Margot de Taxco's best!

Unusual sterling and amber pin by N.E. From, Denmark, c.1950's. Good modernist design with a bezeled round amber stone, this dimensional organic pin is signed "STERLING DENMARK N.E.FROM 925S". It measures 2 1/2" long by 1 1/16" wide and the amber is 7/16" in diameter. Excellent condition. Rare -have not seen this design before.....$8 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.

Description: Elegant 18K gold impression of Greek seal, used in jewelry for either ring or necklace, depicting mythological figures in different position with the middle figure riding a donkey and the other two carrying offerings. Made by Margot Van Voorheis this necklace proves that not all great things come in big packages. The workmanship is complicated to say the least. The entire 15in. chain is composed of the tiniest granulated beads which are then channel set throughout with each links length measuring 3/16th of an inch. Nine perfect teardrop dangles are the center piece attracting much attention and the drop is 1in. tall and 2.75in. across...

Bold and colorful, this bracelet of five different agates alternating with sterling silver bars is a classic and sophisticated look. The oval stones are beautifully polished and seamlessly set in rounded, backed frames; they show no condition issues. Each connecting ring is soldered closed and the clasp is very secure; there are also rings for attaching a safety chain if desired...

This Hattie Carnegie depicts 3 faux coral fishes playing in the seaweed from Carnegie's 'under the sea' theme like her 'animals in the grass'. Textured gold tone base metal, faux pearl water bubbles and clear rhinestone accents in the sea grass.

A man's 10k & 14k diamond solitaire ring circa 1960s This vintage size 11-1/2 ring features a 21 point diamond (VS1, F-G) and it weighs 7.7 grams. The yellow gold body has stylish reeded flanks and the setting around the diamond is of 14k white gold. It is stamped RMT INGOT 10-14K with a maker's mark, and used to have an independent gemological appraisal in the amount of $1650 CAD, but this is no longer present...

Obsidian and 970 silver modernist necklace by Antonio Pineda, Mexico, c.1950's. Made of heavy gauge silver, this famous necklace is in excellent condition. An attractive 1950s 18K yellow gold brooch prong-set with round brilliant-cut chrysoprase. The stones are brighter green than usual—nearly an emerald color—and could easily be mistaken for emeralds except for their translucent quality. The gold setting is reminiscent of a cactus. The gold surfaces are nicely textured. The back retains the original pinstem and trombone clasp with French 18K gold hallmarks.

Here is a sensational sterling bangle with fretwork and crushed turquoise. Signed JEG Taxco 925 with an eagle 2. Weighing 53 grams, the inner diameter (closed) is just shy of 2-1/4" and the piece is 7/8" wide. Remnants of polish. The photos make the turquoise appear green but it is blue with a hint of green.

This Juliana large pear sapphire rhinestone bracelet are combined with light blue chatons. The safety chain is in tact.

Handsome pair of vintage 14K yellow gold cufflinks, the elongated diamond-shaped faces set with cabocochon-cut blue sapphires. The stones have excellent, bright color. The faces are lightly textured in a starburst pattern emanating from the sapphires toward the faceted edges. The fronts are attached with solid connectors to the toggle backs. The connectors are marked "585" for 14K.

This Weiss multi colored rhinestone butterfly pin is 2 3/8" x 1 3/4" . It is hallmarked "Weiss" on the back. The back of this pin shows wear.

An attractive pair of mid-20th century cufflinks the faces designed as clusters of baroque freshwater pearls overlaid with gold bands centering rows of round brilliant cut diamonds. The pearls have lustrous surfaces, but their craggy shapes give them a more masculine appeal. The gold bands are enhanced with stippled engraving for added texture, and the small diamonds add a little sparkle without being overwhelming. The cufflinks are heavy and are very well constructed...

A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish silversmith, Palle Bisgaard in a tiered curved shape. His torque necklace, part of this same line is included in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This is the widest version of this cuff, with an extra tier at the bottom edge.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1" and 3/4" at the widest. There does not appear to be much give so it is better for an average to slender wrist.

Jade is this fall's fashion stone. This eye-catching large cabochon jade stone is high mount prong set in the center of this fashionable vintage gold tone cocktail ring, stamped inside with letters HMS. Ring size is 6 3/4". Stone measures 3/4' x 1/2". Condition is excellent.

A heavy and well-constructed 835 silver European openwork 6-7/8" bracelet. It is 3/8" wide, it has a box clasp with safety loops and it weighs 20.4 grams. It is stamped 835 on the interior of each link (difficult to see), and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

These Margot de Taxco necklaces with a large drop are getting very difficult to find. The drop has a stone 1 in. in diameter and the wearable length is a comfortable 17 in. long. The drop is 2.25 in. long and 2 in. across. No chips or cracks to the stone and no striations that come to the surface. A hefty weight of 74 grams reflect the quality of this treasure. One of Margot Van Voorhies best just, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Two pair of vintage Mexican Sterling Silver screw back earrings by Sigi Pineda in modernist designs. May be purchased together or as two separate pairs.

One pair has a polished layer of sterling intertwined with an textured layer for an interesting contrast. Measure 1 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Marked Sigi Tasco, and Eagle #36. There are some more markings which are under the screw back and can't be read. In fine condition with some minor tarnish. $125.

A very attractive gold filled bracelet, the cage-like links enclosing glass spheres intended to mimic green chalcedony. The clasp is hallmarked by Binder Bros. Ca. 1950. Condition: excellent, no wear, all original. Size: 7-5/8" long; 3/4" wide.

These earrings are very well made: an indicator of the fine Hobe work. The overlapping petals have nice stamp work around the bezel-set, turquoise, glass cabochon. The earrings are both clipback and screwback. They are gold plated and marked Hobe. They are in excellent condition.

Mid-century silver and amethyst ring by Mexican Master silversmith Antonio Pineda. One of his very recognizable designs, perhaps you are fortunate and have the necklace, bracelet or earrings that match this ring. It is a size 5 1/2 - 6, weighs 11 grams, and is in fine original condition. There are no chips or cracks to the amethysts. There are inclusions under the surface of the stones as typical of amethyst. Signed as shown. Everything Antonio Pineda created is a masterpiece.
