This amazing bracelet is one of Antonio Pineda's most important and impressive designs and is often referred to as the "Cage" Bracelet. Crafted in Antonio's favored 970 grade silver it is a massive piece measuring 7 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide at the front tapering to 1" at the back and it weighs an impressive 134.4 grams. Hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco crown mark, 970, Hecho en Mexico, with the eagle 17 and the design number ZZ679...

Classic Haskell--great design and top quality material--this brooch was probably designed by Frank Hess for Miriam Haskell. Glowing, translucent red stones, red and purple rhinestones, clear rose montees and molded turquoise glass stones comprise this beautiful piece. Double level filigree back with oval signature plate. 3 1/2" wide, 1 1/2" high and very chunky.

Rare modernist earrings by Irvin and Bonnie Burkee, a husband and wife team who created unique jewelry in their studio from the late 1940s until the 1970s. The minimalist aesthetic sterling silver earrings are circa 1950s, and feature discs each decorated by a single silver sphere. The earrings are screw-backs, and the tops measure .75" in diameter. Signed "Sterling, Burkee." Excellent vintage condition.

A modernist brooch by noted mid century silversmith, Frances Holmes Boothby in Sterling Silver and Ebony. This large marlin measures 3 3/4" long and 1 1/2" tall. Lightly hammered. Marked fhb, Sterling on the back. Has a safety rollover clasp that holds tightly. Nice condition, just a few minor scratches and a little tarnish. A wonderful example of Mid Century Modern jewelry.

This ring displays a cast gold colored, brass metal with a brutalist, organic, openwork design. The band has a flower, foliate design and is adjustable (a characteristic of 1950's jewelry).

Coiled aluminum wire ring made without soldering, in the style of Alexander Calder, c.1950's. Has large circular design and measures 1 1/4" in diameter. The ring is cleverly designed so that the band is set towards the edge rather than the mid section. Hence it lays comfortably on the finger. Ed Wiener also used this technique(see back photo). A Utika sterling silver or higher gilt filigree bracelet, probably 1920s 1930. This fine quality vintage sectional bracelet has true Art Deco period design and finish and it is stamped SILVER and UTIKA. We believe it is German in origin, but have been unable to confirm company information. The extraordinarily fine filigree looks like the work that Theodor Fahrner made popular. The gilding is very light. It is 7-3/8" long and is just under 1" wide with a box clasp with a safety guard loop...

An exceptional vintage large copper pendant with blue and green stone inlay depicting a horse and woman by Ex-pat Ken Beldin, who lived in Tenencingo, Mexico and made jewelry and sculptures from 1940 through the 1960s. Suspended from the original leather cord.

The pendant measures 5" across and 3 1/4" at the widest. Has blue and green crushed stone inlay and turquoise colored beads in the woman's earrings. Great contrast of verdigris and copper...

Elegant asymmetric palette pottery pin with a pale mauve and iridescent glaze and gilt border, 1950's. Width "1 ¾/ 4,5 cm. Condition: fine.

Absolutely stunning on with a length of 7 inches and a weight of a solid 68 grams. Hallmark correctly shown for Antonio Pineda. The presence is sleek at just under 1 inch. Each moonstone is framed with two caviar balls. The moonstones glow a beautiful blue and there is no damage or repairs. There is some patina but not heavy leaving to buyer to decide for their own personal taste. Clasp is tight and closes with a click. An excellent example from the Mexican Silver Renaissance.

Beautiful 5.2 carat Rubellite Tourmaline set in platinum with six diamonds. Simple and elegant, the ring is approximately a size 7. The diamonds on the sides are well cut and matched and weigh approximately 0.10 cttw. It is stamped on the inside "10% IRID PLAT". The overall weight is 4 grams.

This Weiss pin was sold on a card marked Weiss.The brooch is not signed anything. It is 2 1/2" by 1/2". It is a 3-D pierced 14K brushed gold with 2 sprays of marquise hand set stones.

An 18k Italian ornate bracelet circa 1950s. Purchased by the original owner in 1957 in Italy, this amazing bracelet has top notch hollow construction and the deep resonant gold colour expected of high quality 750 gold. This 7-1/2" bracelet has a box clasp, it weighs 18.1 grams and it is 3/4" wide. It is stamped with the 101VI maker's mark for Menegotto Polinto of Vicenza, Italy (1955-71). It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This rare vintage sterling silver and sodalite necklace and earrings was designed and signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico modernist designer Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Comprised of 14 sterling silver bezel set links each holding a deep blue stone veined with pink to cream to gold calcite accents. Necklace measures 15 1/2" wearable length and 5/8" wide. Slide in clasp is tight and secure. Screw back earrings are 1 1/2" long and designed with the same open silver platform backing as the necklace...

This Hollycraft multi stone multi color rhinestone pin is 2 1/4" x 2". It is in excellent vintage condition. It is hallmarked Hollycraft and copr 1955.

An attractive pair of mid-century 14K gold cufflinks, the faces divided diagonally into contrasting triangles. On each face, one triangle is deeply ribbed, while the smooth portion features a gypsy-set diamond. The angularity of the design makes for a very modernistic appeal. The diamonds are graded as J/I2. The backs are marked “14K”.

Origin: America, ca. 1955. Condition: excellent. Size: 5/8” x 1/2”. Weight: 10.8 gr. Approximate Total Diamond Weight: .10 ct.

This nifty, solid charm is 3D and stands 7/8" tall. The diameter of the bottom is 3/8". It has a great likeness to the decorative bottle of the smooth, dry, red wine. It is marked (what looks like) J2 AR and 800.

Figural sterling snail pin by famous NYC modernist Bill Tendler(1924-1981), c.1955. Snail has original oxydized finish with applied silver dimensional coiled shell measures 1 3/4" wide by 1" long. Of good weight, pin is signed "TENDLER STERLING" and is in excellent condition. A vintage modernist sterling silver ring with a greyish brown moonstone like cabochon by noted silversmith, Maxwell Chayat. Measures size 7.5. Marked with a partially struck Chayat and Sterling. The ring is in very nice condition, with some tarnish. There is a little bit of roughness to the edge of the cabochon, but most likely was done during production. It was probably resized at one point. Well made and heavy, great mid century design.

A substantial and heavily oxidized sterling bracelet by Jose Luis Flores. An apprentice of Spratling, Flores also worked in the ateliers of Hector Aguiar,Miguel Martinez and Emma Melendez. Signed Miguel in script, Taxco,Sterling JLF along with a slightly obliterated number. There are faint scratches. The bracelet measures 7-1/4 x 1-3/8 and weighs 80.7gr.

This is a 14K Gold Abacus charm from a Midwest, USA Estate. The size is 9/16" X 7/8" and the frame is 1/8" across. Unmarked this Abacus has been tested and is guaranteed 14K Gold. Dating ca. 1950 to 1975 the Condition is Excellent

These handmade, two-sided cufflinks each feature a square piece with an incised geometrical design connected by a figure-8 to a dome-shaped piece. The links are very securely soldered to each side; there is a tiny ‘ding’ to one dome. The squares measure about 5/8 inch and are marked Sterling and Taxco. Weight: 8.1 grams total

A beautiful Georg Jensen USA Laurence Foss designed brooch in a classic Arts and Crafts pineapple style. Brooch measures 1 3/8" tall and 1 1/4" across. Has a teardrop moonstone cabochon. Marked with U.S.A. Georg Jensen, Inc., 480 and Sterling. Has a roll over safety clasp which holds securely. Nice patina and weight. Some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Wonderfully made.

This signed Matilde Poulat necklace lays beautifully and is a statement maker at 1.5in. tall and 17in. wearable length. This is a pre-1960 signage with patent, registration, Matl and Mexico no eagle.
