A vintage Mexican silver (probably sterling or better) bracelet by Fred Davis in his classic floral link design. Has twelve turquoise cabochons and wide silver links on the top and bottom.

Measures approximately 7 1/2" long and 1 1/8" wide. In very nice condition, has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Marked with the conjoined FD of the maker and Silver Mexico.

Has a box clasp that snaps securely. Pre Eagle, (Pre 1948).

Matching the impressive pendant necklace by the same maker that is also available in my store, the "warrior" bracelet presented here was wrought by maestro Anton in the "mozaico Azteca" style that the Los Castillo workshop revived in Taxco's "golden Deco" years. The profile of the warrior, carefully cut out of sterling silver sheet, and the eagle that accompanies it, is set in a sea of azur-malachite...

The repousse work is outstanding on this design 543 Los Castillo bracelet. It is 2 inches tall with a hook closure. The old linear hallmark and the design itself shows that this was the work of Margot Van Voorhies when married to Antonio Castillo. Together they formed the taller Los Castillo. The links are rounded to fit the arm perfectly and are 6.75 inches long. An outstanding bracelet to add to a collectors wardrobe. It will be noticed by all that gaze upon it.

This is a Pair of Beautifully Designed SWEATER CLIPS by BERNICE GOODSPEED. Designed to hold a Sweater the Chain holds the Clips 5 1/2" apart. Marked on the back: B with STERLING clearly legible. Each measures 7/8" X 1 1/4". Date these circa 1950 and in Excellent Condition.

This Mexican silver necklace weighs 65 grams and is 16in. long with each tulip being 1 1/8th inches tall. It is double signed as shown with TSL. Each tulip has hand made partitions that form the flower. Next the Maestro makes a tiny bead ball and centers it as the stamen to the bottom of the hanging flower. This was an intricate number of steps to build each flower alone and not to mention the swirl of the stem that attaches to the necklace...

This is fantastic piece of 40s figural jewelry. Each of the five links is set with hand painted figural Asia Princess face masks and accented with small faux pearls and a gold headband with tassel drops. Each face has red lips and white eyebrows and eye slits.

This bracelet is 7 3/8" long by 1 3/4" wide set in chunky silver tone. It is possible that this might also be Selro / Selini, too.

Vintage Mexican Silver has always been impressive when hallmarked with DORIS SILVER. This floral design has heft at 80 grams and a wearable length of 17 inches. This is a pre-1948 Rafael Melendez bracelet that is so deeply chased and designed so beautifully. It is 1 inch wide and can fit a large range of sizes. The weight is 43 grams of thick silver. It has a turquoise stone that is gorgeous and has changed into over time a warmer tone of blue green. This piece is collector quality and a real treasure.

This Los Castillo is an early design 592 and crafted when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Antonio Castillo. This is not for the faint of heart with a .5in. depth, 21 inches long and 1.25in. tall. Showing further quality is the weight of 183 grams. It displays a naturally darkened patina. I have showed a picture of the well working clasp as it is old in style and almost invisible. Love this on, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Lushly designed floral sterling and amethyst pin sold by Sanborn's and possibly made by Fred Davis who managed and designed for the store from 1947 through the early 50's, Mexico, c.1950. Pin is signed "bellmark 22", which was Sanborn's number. It measures 2 1/8" long by 1" wide. Excellent condition except that pin was probably changed with lead solder. Though it is not uncommon to find Mexican silver fur pins, it is usually single pieces that are available. Here, however, there is a pair bearing the signature of the Los Castillo in a “bow and flower” design. I am not sure if the workshop ever made a whole parure available in this specific design - I have had the small bow necklace / bracelet sets in the past but this is an enhanced version, with more elements added to the bow and the bow itself bigger and fancier...

We have a unique design of heavy repousse touched off with amethyst. No dents or damage and fits most with a 2.5in. diameter. The height is 1.75 making this a noticeable piece on the wrist. Marked Mexico Silver and weighs 64 grams.
