This is an old timer, sterling from the 1940's. The cabochons are prong set and open back, and vibrant in color. The tiny clear rhinestones are set in graceful scrolled patterns. Great brooch for a suit or coat! 4 3/4" long, 1 1/2" wide. Coro pegasus and sterling marked on the back.

This bracelet has everything going for it. It is hand chased beautifully into what I think is a floral motif. The 2 balls in it's center are caviar cut which are perfect and without dents. The wearable length is 7 in. long and each of the four sections are shaped to lay on the wrist absolutely perfect. This Los Castillo is one designed by Margot Van Voorhies when married to Don Antonio Castillo that unhooks and also doubles as a brooch. The matching chain and the drop is repousse and hand carved on top. The drop / brooch measures 3.75 inches tall with a width at it's widest point of 2 1/8th inches. There is a generous wearable length of 17 in. The early hallmarked Los Castillo designs are the best and this is one of those that is seldom found. Properly hallmarked with no damage or repairs...

This Reinad giant gold pave and emerald lily pin is gold plated base metal with rhinestones. The hallmark, construction and non-use of sterling dates this brooch to 1941-1942. Excellent condition.

Signed with the conjoined HA, Taxco and 940 for better than sterling silver. Pre Eagle, (pre 1949).

Measures 3 1/2" across and 3 1/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. The brooch has some minor tarnish and surface scratches.

Iconic hand wrought sterling silver & amethyst butterfly or moth brooch designed & signed c. 1940's by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Pin measures 2 3/4 inches across & weighs 27 grams. This beautifully detailed wearable work of art is in excellent condition. Pictured on p. 44 of MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk. Spratling designs are included in many permanent museum collections including Museum of Fine Art Boston & Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

This American flag pin with Pole and Halyard is made of gold tone base metal with prong set rhinestones. It is in excellent condition. 1 7/8" tall by 1" wide.

These Mexican silver dimensional floral earrings show great detail of the open flower. The size is 1.25 inches by 1 inch. Hallmarked as shown by DS and weighing 8 grams. These look like a perfect match to the clamper also listed on my site of the same flower. The presence of the earring on is a beautiful reflection. Condition is perfect.

This William Spratling Silver Cuff will spark envy unto all at your New Years Eve Party. The cuff has an 87 gram weight. The face front is 1 5/8th inches tall. The side pieces graduate smaller to larger starting with the gap which is 1 inch wide. The inside diameter is 2.25in. which will fit most.

A classic Mexican Deco jewelry design element silver repousse semi-spheres were used by well-known designers like Fred Davis and anonymous Taxco maestros alike. They come in all sizes and combinations, in all-silver or adorned with stones and glass, and they unfailingly make for stunning jewelry. In this hinged bangle bracelet they are clustered together in fours to create little florets with bezel-set amethyst centers. In the back, they are simply stacked in rows...

This is a 14K Gold Golf Bag Charm from a Maryland Estate. This Golf Bag measures 3/8" X 15/16" and features two irons and two woods visible from the top. Marked 14K/ RL on one side at the bottom. Circa third quarter of the 20th Century in Excellent Condition

A well proportioned marquise diamond centers this platinum engagement ring and the center stone is flanked by a leaf design which is decorated by three single cut diamonds on either side. The center diamond that has I color and VS1 clarity weighs 0.46Ct and the approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.60Ct. The ring is a size 7 ½ and can easily be sized.

Oval shaped pendant decorated with surface decoratrion and bits of gold detailing, all circling a large lapis lazula stone... This pendant was brought out of China sometime in th 60s/70s...along with many other vintage bits and pieces of old jewelry collected thoughout of China...

This great old Jerusalem Cross can be worn a a pendant or a charm. It measures 3/4" x 7/8". The back is marked 980 for its silver content. The Jerusalem Cross is also known as the "five-fold Cross" and "cross-and-crosslets." The cross has been used in early heraldry. It is also a symbol of faith, among other things.

Mystery mark reward below. Vintage Arts & Crafts to Modernist signed studio stamped with superimposed mystery mark of CW or WC. It is sterling silver - tested not marked for content. Figural brooch pin of a Paul Revere or three cornered hat rider man carrying a stein or beer mug while riding full speed ahead on a horse! Chased.

Magnificent swirl brooch in the style of William Spratling, with the circular “Mexico Silver” mark used in the 1920s to 40s. In addition: Swedish import mark (three crowns and S) Height "3 ¼ / 8 cm, weight 35 grams. Condition: fine.

This is a 14K GOLD PERFUME FOB in the SHAPE of an URN. BEAUTIFULLY JEWELLED with Etruscan Design Gold Work, one side features a CORAL and the other an AMETHYST. There are small GARNETS set on each side; one side has a GREEN simulated stone and the other a RED simulant. An AQUA is set on the TOP and is removable (see jpg). Clearly marked 14K on the bail. This sterling stork has a curly tail, leaves for feet and angel like wings. The body is a very large kite shaped reversed carved blue rhinestone. All of this in a sterling setting. Notice that this stork has a blue rhinestone for his beak. It is hallmarked "sterling" on the back. Excellent condition. It measures 3 1/2" x 2 2/3" .

An older double knotted strand of malachite beads. The goldwash filigree clasp is marked China. The necklace measures 25-1/2", the beads are 1/4" in width (6.35mm) and the piece weighs 72 grams.

An unusual pair of sterling silver modernist earrings by Salvador Teran. Marked Salvador, Sterling, Mexico and 140 for the style number. Pre eagle.

Depict some kind of highly stylized creature. Haven't been able to find another pair with this style number. Great modernist design!

This fabulous vintage Mexican Bracelet has a stunning design similar to the work of Antonio Pineda - it's signed with the initials AP but they differ from the more common Pineda hallmark and we're not sure who the artist is. It's a massive piece measuring 7" long, 1" wide and is quite heavy at 115.5 grams. Early style pin closure. No damage noted, just some light wear and tarnish and the Amethyst stones have the typical inclusions. A fantastic bracelet that any collector will love.
