This classic Art Deco ring is composed of two half-moons of carnelian flanking a vertical row of marcasites. The carnelian is secured by four split prongs, and there is an embossed scroll design along both sides of the shank that shows a bit of wear. The bottom part of the band exhibits a small applied piece of silver, most likely from sizing. The inside of the band is marked sterling. The oval top of the ring measures about 3/4 inch by 5/8 inch. It is sized at a 4 1/4.

A vintage sterling silver hammered cuff bracelet made by the Gaylord Silvercraft in Wallingford, CT. The Gaylord Farm Sanitarium was active from 1923-1944 and was organized by William Waldo Dodge. This bracelet measures about 7 3/4" around and 3/8" wide. Marked Sterling, Hand Wrought and with an impressed upright hammer flanked by two wings for the maker. Fine work, quality piece.

This simply elegant period line bracelet is made of 14Kt yellow gold with a platinum top and decorated in the center by an approximately 0.06Ct single cut diamond. The diamond is flanked by a 3 mm square sapphire on either side. The length of the bracelet is 6 7/8” and the width is 3/16”.

This is one of the finest Panis brooches we have seen.

A handsome pair of Georg Jensen silver cufflinks in pattern #5. This was an early cufflink design be Jensen and was made with and without a gemstone in the center opening. The round faces are connected by chains to foliate torpedo backs. The cufflinks retain an old patina. The backs of the faces are stamped with the combination of Jensen and assay marks used 1915-30 and with the pattern number “5” and “Kopenhagen”.

Mystery mark reward below. This seahorse motif Arts Crafts or Modernist pin brooch is as found unpolished unmarked for silver content (yet tests at least 90%) is stamped with silversmith's mark of superimposed CW or WC.

Composed of six chased sterling lily pads that frame a large oval natural turquoise stone that is held in place by silver loops. There are applied silver beads in various locations. A very fine, large vintage silver knifewing pin with multi stone inlay of spiny oyster, turquoise, jet and mother of pearl, circa 1940. Knifewing represents the Zuni god of war. This symbol was worn by warriors to protect them in battle, but also represents courage, honor, wisdom and strength. The pin measures 3 1/8" by 2 3/4" and weighs 35 grams.
