This substantial necklace is composed of sterling silver cable chain decorated with applied, loose rings of twisted sterling wire. Each chain link has two rings attached to it, completing a sophisticated and intelligent design that evokes flexibility and movement. This lovely brooch / pin is sterling silver. It measures 2" x 1 1/4" x 1/4". Its floral motif has fine detail, including solid wirework and applied beads. The back is signed AL with 4 lines underneath. This piece is in excellent condition and has a good heft.

This wonderful brooch / pin and pendant is measures 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" x 1 3/8. It has an inner triangle displaying fine, filigree wirework with turquoise stones and has 8 hammered dangling drops. The back is marked ISRAEL STERLING 925. It is beautiful and in excellent condition.

A half-moon piece of agate in a molded sterling silver frame has colorations that give the impression of a mountain scene. It is strung between two chains with ribbed diamond-shaped elements. The back bears the mark of Great Falls Metal Works, a New Jersey firm that started in 1968. The necklace, from the 1970s or 1980s, measures about 19 ½ inches long; the pendant drops 1 3/8 inches.

Beautiful statement vintage 1970s glass necklace by Michael Moraux designing for his jewelry company Dubaux. American made with French glass beads and findings. Moraux was a 1973 Coty award winner for jewelry. Dubaux necklaces appeared on Vogue and Harper's Bazaar covers in the 1970s. Moraux also designed jewelry for Givenchy in the 1970s. This ring is adjustable in size. The carved picture piece is bezel-set and measures 5/8" x 3/8". It is a lovely depiction of a Hummingbird. The carving is in black, sprinkled with red on the head. It is signed by the artist. The setting is decorative and marked STERL. The shank is marked STER. SHANK. It is in excellent condition.

An amazing modernist sterling silver ring with an central agate cabochon by Jens Peter Clausen Guðjónsson of Iceland. Signed JENS 925S. Measures about a size 7- 7.5. The top sits 1" high and measures about 3/4" across. Has an interesting texture on the sides. Heavy sterling. Really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

Vintage solid 14K Yellow Gold Fire Opal Ring Looped swirl design, there is a appraisal by a jeweler named Ron L. Ainsworth he was working for John Grandall(please refer to picture of appraisal) please note that the appraisal was done Oct. 5 1979. I do not have a size for it but it is a large ladies ring for a large lady so it can be sized down rather easy.

This unusual sterling silver ring features a curved disc with applied molten strands of silver forming an organic dome. The inside of the disc exhibits a volcanic finish. The band is sturdy, and bears possibly a Danish mark of 925S, as well as an unidentified maker’s mark. The ring is a size 7. It measures 1 inch long, 1 inch wide, and about 1 1/8 inches high. Weight: 14.6 grams

This interesting openwork bronze pin is formed as a stylized horse and is based on ancient Nordic design. It has a lacquered finish to preserve the surface color of the bronze. The back has a secure curled C-clasped and the mark of Finnish maker Koravala Koru. The name of Suomussalmi, a region in Finland, is inscribed on the back as well. The pin measures 2 inches long by about 1 ¾ inches high at the ear.

A stand out modernist sterling silver Neck Ring from Finland designed by Pekka Piekainen for Auran Kultaseppa, Oy. He was the head jewelry designer for the company from 1971-89 and had won many prestigious awards. Twist design.

Marked on the inside for Kultaseppa, Finland silver standard, 925, Town mark for Turku, and G8 for the date code. Measures 13" around with an opening of 2 1/2". Measures 1/2" at the widest. In very nice condition with minor surface scratches...

 

A sterling silver modernist bracelet with nine disks and offset orbs by Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From. This example is not signed. However it is the same design and measures exactly the same as a signed example. Not sure how that occurred. Priced accordingly.

Leaf shaped toggle clasp holds securely. The bracelet is in fine condition with a little tarnish.

A modernist sterling silver ring #A112 by Georg Jensen, designed by Vivianna Torun Bulow Hube. Measures 7.25. Has a highly polished surface. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925 S Denmark and style #A112. In very nice condition with minor nicks and scratches. Great modernist design.

Here is a hand-constructed cuff bracelet made of multiple wires that are joined at the terminals and kept in place by horizontal rings. The wires look to be silverplated; the rings and soldered terminals are white metal. The cuff has a good heft (56 grams) and an impressive look. It is also well balanced, so doesn't turn on the wrist. It measures a little over 1 inch wide and 5/8 inch high with an inner circumference of about 7 ¼ inches.

A vintage MCM large sterling silver sun brooch or pendant by the Talleres Monasticos Monks who signed their work EMAUS.

This stylized sun measures 4 1/4" high and 4 1/4" across. Has a large bale so can be worn on a thick chain or neck ring collar. Also has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. There is a little pitting on the pin part.

Marked EMAUS 925 and Eagle #3 on the bale. There are also some initials that we can't read...

This impressive necklace bears the mark of jewelry designer Jacob Hull and the firm Buch and Deichmann, of Bagsvaerd, Denmark (1969-1980). Hull worked primarily in high quality silverplate, producing innovative designs of fine workmanship. The necklace has some heft, and is composed of irregular-shaped dollops of plated molten metal flanked by oblong links. Unhooked, it measures 32 ¼ inches long. Weight: 65.9 grams

A sleek modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet with a side opening by Swedish silversmith Alton, designed by Per Davik. Measures approximately 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Can be adjusted. Unusual and elegant vintage thin sterling cuff with bone shaped segments by the Mexican silver workshop Los Ballesteros. This bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening. It is about 1/8" wide and weighs 26 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Looks great alone or can easily blend and be stacked with other Mexican, Native American, Scandinavian or Modernist pieces.

This Hawaiian 3 D tiger shark tooth is 1" tall by 1 3/16ths" wide. There is some footprint type etchings on the front of the tooth. Tooth is in great condition.

A nicely designed and sturdily constructed studio piece made of cast pieces expertly joined and finished. The geometric banding and incised rays at each end suggest a Southwest origin, but the only mark is a roughly engraved signature, I-Paul, on the back of the setting. The band is composed of three strands that diverge at the shoulders. The carnelian is smooth and without flaws or damage; the entire ring appears to have been hardly worn.
