A large Etruscan style 18K gold fob/charm/pendant set with large dark blue topaz. We’ve never seen one of these charms set with deep blue gemstones before. The "Silver By Toño" hallmark was used from 1948-1953. For the discerning collector of Mexican silver - this bracelet is nothing short of spectacular.

This bracelet alternates five huge amethyst cabochons between repoussé silver shields tipped with silver balls. Closure is a pin on a chain. This design, in a necklace, is shown on p. 96 of Silver Seduction. The amethysts measure 15/16" in diameter.

A lustrous cultured pearl necklace with a 14k white gold filigree clasp. The perfectly matched pearls are just over 6mm wide and the necklace measures 17".

These clip earrings from the 1970's are marked Christian Dior with an unreadable patent number. They are silver and hematite. 7/8" by 7/8".

This traditional, Norwegian solje pin, c. 1950’s, was made by Aksel Holmsen. It has an appealing stamped design and six dangling, concave disks. The back is signed, “NORWAY STERLING 925 S,” and has the Holmsen maker’s mark (2 overlapping silversmith tools--see pictures). The brooch has a C-catch and a diameter of 1”. It is in excellent condition.

A very comfortable pair of 14Kt yellow gold earrings with curved ear wire and eye closure. The openwork rope design makes the earrings unique, and show up well even if the person has long hair. The earrings measure 1 1/4” high and 11/16” at the widest part.

Look dashing at the party or office wearing this fanciful vintage gold tone reindeer tie pin. Straight out of the 50's. Cast and finely detailed, this piece of American costume jewelry was made by the Ballou Company featuring a red rhinestone eye and curly antlers, signed Ballou Reg'd on pinch lock. Size: 1" x 3/4" Excellent condition.

A fine shakudo stickpin mounted in 18K yellow gold enhanced with a ropetwist border. The shakudo plaque represents a geisha formally dressed in a gold-flowered kimono and with an elaborate hairdo complete with ribbons and blossoms. Shakudo elements such as these were transformed by European and American jewelers after the opening of Japan to Western trade in the 1850s. The mounting is 18K (tested and guaranteed) and the pinstem is 14K (marked).

An attractive pair of mid-20th century cufflinks the faces designed as clusters of baroque freshwater pearls overlaid with gold bands centering rows of round brilliant cut diamonds. The pearls have lustrous surfaces, but their craggy shapes give them a more masculine appeal. The gold bands are enhanced with stippled engraving for added texture, and the small diamonds add a little sparkle without being overwhelming. Los Castillo's fern clamper is simply the best. No other leaf can compare. The weight is heavy at 101 grams. The height is 3.75 inches. For fit the inside diameter is 2.5 in. I believe this will best fit up to a 6.5in. wrist. There are no dents,damage or repairs. The leaves meet exactly where they are supposed to with no overlap. A superior treasure.

A nice Edwardian silver watch chain with striped niello decoration on alternate links between smaller gilt links. The chain is finished with a niello swivel dog clip at one end and a large bolt with repousse and gilt decoration on the other. The chain is stamped with Swiss 800 silver marks used 1882-1934.
