Very fine pair of late Art Noveau 18K gold double-sided cufflinks. The faces show a beautifully designed young woman's face stylized wisps of hair cascading around a porthole-like frame. The design is really superb. The connectors open so the cufflinks are easy to put on. The backs are marked with French 18K import marks. The rather severely stylized design suggests that they are of Belgian or German (possibly Austrian) origin.

Modern looking earrings with hand-carved concentric onyx circles and 14k yellow gold findings. Well-polished and in excellent condition, these earrings date to about 1880. They are unmarked but have been tested. They measure approximately 2" in length and 1" at their widest. Even though they are onyx, they are not too heavy for normal wear. A wonderful Skonvirke 830S silver brooch by the well regarded Danish silversmith, Evald Nielsen, (1879-1958).

Measures 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. Has one central dark purple cabochon. Very light, delicate hammering, beautiful repousse work. Marked 830S for the Danish silver standard and the stylized EN mark on the back. Has an older rollover clasp which holds securely. Very fine condition, with minor tarnish.
