Circa 1960s "op-art" sterling silver ring with a playful cubist shape. The flattened band holds a cube, the sides of which have cutout circles, the top being a square. The interior of the cube reveals a red/white/blue sphere. Unusual and impossible to ignore. Unmarked. Size 8.5. The cube on top measures 3/8" in diameter from all sides. Excellent vintage condition. Weighs 8.5 grams.

Wonderfully designed hand made necklace by MAYA, Mexico, c.1950's after a Hubert Harmon design. Maya frequently copied Harmon designs. Looks just like silver with a great patina, but probably made of silver plate because there are no Mexican silver marks. The locking mechanism is separated from the main part by black velvet ribbon. Of large scale, the largest irregular square measures 2" wide by 1 3/4" high and the necklace measures 15 1/2" around...

Sigi, cousin of Los Castillo founder, Antonio Castillo, spent years working with Los Castillo, Salvador Teran, Felipe Martinez, and Margot de Taxco before opening his own shop in 1952. The heart on either side of the center stone says it all, what this ring is all about. The center diamond is an approximately 0.16Ct brilliant cut diamond that has I color and SI2 clarity, and set in a miracle setting. On either side of the center stone there are two single-cut diamonds one of which is set in a heart shape design. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.20Ct. The ring is a size 5 ¼ and it can easily be sized.

This elegant silver box was handcrafted in Mexico City during the 1940's. It measures 8"L X 3 1/2W " X 1" high & weighs 1 lb. 5 Oz. The subtle scallop design is worked into thick silver on all sides. The wood lined interior creates 3 compartments. Both wood and silver are in beautiful condition. Hallmarked for SANBORNS on the underside. Earrings & cufflinks shown in the box are not included in this sale but are available on request.

This is a super Ciner brooch featuring a full figure jeweled camel. There red (maroon) enamel decoration is rimmed with rhinestones dotted scalloped borders. There are three movable tassels dangling from the edge. His hump is a large carnelian. On top of his head there is a crown with a glass carnelian.

This pin is 2 1/2" x 2 3/4" . It is highly dimensional at 3/4" thick.

This Norma jelly belly sterling duck with umbrella is 1 3/4" x 1". It is hallmarked Norma and sterling. He has a red rhinestone eye. Lucite jelly bellies were copied from figurals originally done in gold and rock crystal.

This beautiful unsigned ring has been attributed to Bernard Instone, one of the well-known Arts & Crafts era jewelers, who frequently didn’t sign his pieces. Here is a solid, well crafted sterling bracelet with greens stones(perhaps turquoise but probably chrysocolla- not tested). With partially obliterated marks, it appears to be 950 sterling. The clasp is a bit tricky - it snaps shut, but to open, one needs to press down on the turquoise cab while pressing the bottom of the box clasp to release the locking mechanism.Measuring 8" x 3/4", it weighs a hefty 84grams.

Ca 1960 An elliptical sterling bangle by Tone Vigeland of Norway Designs Plus Studios. Marked accordingly. The inner diameter measures 2-5/8" x 2-3/8" and the pieces weighs 27gr. Light wear.

A vintage brooch by Taxco artisan Enrique Ledesma with a sterling silver overlay on a shell background. There are two small round inlays of copper.

Measures 2 1/2" long and 1 1/2" at the widest. Marked on the back with a partial Ledesma, Taxco, 925, and an Eagle mark. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely.

Fine condition with some tarnish. The shell is a deep brown with lots of swirls.
