A 10 X 12 millimeter oval faceted natural amethyst is set in a 10Kt yellow gold four prong simple yet elegant Retro setting. The ring is a size 5 ¾ and can easily be sized.

A geometric silver bracelet from Mexico with seven bezel set dome shaped stones. The stones range in color from tan to pale green, not sure what they are.

Marked Silver Mexico. Measures 7 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. Hook clasp holds securely. Has some minor surfaces scratches and a little tarnish.

An Art Deco 14k green sardonyx white gold ring from the 1920s. This size 3-1/4 ring features an 11/16 x 7/16" sardonyx cameo and it has engraved scrollwork on the shoulders (somewhat worn down over time). This ring weighs 2.6 grams, and it is stamped 14K. This item is in very good condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a resizing done in the past and chipping to the nose and chin on the cameo...

A well crafted sterling silver cuff bracelet in the Chicago tradition of Arts and Crafts jewelry.

A pretty 18K yellow gold pendant in a shape that suggests a pair of wings, each set with rose cut diamonds. The design is completed with an additional diamond at the top in a buttercup setting. The pendant was likely fashioned from a larger piece of jewelry that was no longer fashionable. The reverse is stamped with a goldsmith’s mark and also with the Birmingham date mark for 1849...

Big and early as indicated by the .900 silver alloy used to craft it, this Mexican Deco silver repousse "mask" brooch I particularly love because of the gorgeous stone out of which the portrait is carved as well as the pronounced repoussage of the frame that surrounds it. An elegant pair of sterling silver cufflinks, the faces depicting a long-haired maiden gazing at a star. The faces are hallmarked for London, 1902 and also have an unidentified maker’s mark “RF”. The faces were originally buttons and are now connected with silver chains to torpedo backs.

Looking like three dimensional lace, this bracelet by Tortolani is magnificent, and it is rare! Each piece of Tortolani was hand-cast in pewter. Pieces were hand polished and finished in silver or gold plate. The bracelet is signed inside. 7" inside circumference, 1 5/8" wide, 3/8" thick.

This is a heavy necklace with carnelian and a blue glass embellishment (three are missing as well as one small bottom dangle). The center stone shows some wear ( see photo). The chain, a replacement but identical to the original, measures 30", the pendant 3" x 4". Purchased in Africa during the 70's, the age is unknown.

A vintage sterling silver necklace or collar by American Modernist jeweler, Ronald Hayes Pearson. Made up of three connected graduated neck rings with hammered texture. They are curved so lay nicely on the collar bone. Connected on each side by a small ring.

Measures about 12" around the inside of the smallest one with an opening of 1 1/2". Can be adjusted. Can be stretched open a little to put on.

Lovely vintage brooch by Mikimoto featuring five stunning pearls set in a triple arch of sterling silver. The pearls, graduating from 5 to 5.5 mm, are of the finest quality. The body color is white with an ivory overtone. The lustre is excellent. The back of the brooch is stamped with Mikimoto's hallmark and "S" for sterling.

Origin: Japan, circa 1960. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 1-7/8" x 1-5/8". Weight: 7.0 grams.

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch by Hans Hansen, Denmark, most likely from the 1960s. We have not been able to find another example. Four layers of concentric ovals, slightly curling up at each end. Has some light oxidation between the layers for an interesting contrast.

Measures about 2 1/4" long and 5/8" wide.

Marked with the conjoined HH, 126 for the design number, Denmark and 925S.

A vintage stunning sterling silver bracelet by Plateria FarFan from Mexico in a geometric puzzle design.

Marked on the back Hecho en Mexico 925 D. F. around FarFan.

The bracelet measures about 7 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide. Has a box clasp that snaps securely. Has some tarnish. The bracelet has a few links that are slightly bent. Not really noticeable when worn. Heavy and well constructed. Weighs a total of about 61 gr. Pre eagle, (pre 1948).

Classic early geometric design.

This lariat necklace has (7) natural .75 ct (each) oval cut moonstones. They are bezel set in sterling silver.

None of the moonstones are enhanced.

A fine 15-1/2" strand of 68 individually knotted cultured pearls. This necklace has a stamped 14k white gold clasp, and the pearls range from 3.5 to 7 mm. The well-matched pearls have a deep creamy white lustre and only minor surface blemishes, and this necklace is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A rare pair of sterling silver and enamel scarab cuff links by the well known Danish silversmith, Erik Magnussen. After working at Gorham and having his own shops in Chicago and New York, he opened a shop in Hollywood and designed for the stars. He returned to Denmark in 1939.

A whimsical brooch made of one layer of 950 silver and two layers of Faux Tortoise Shell in the shape of a fish. Has silver inlay for the eye. Measures 2 1/2" long and 1 7/8" high. Has a rollover safety clasp which holds securely. Marked 950 AR on the clasp. Has some minor scratches and tarnish. Fun design.

A terrific pair of Art Deco style 18K gold double-sided cufflinks. The eight-sided front faces are decorated with white gold chevrons in a slightly matte finish that contrast beautifully with the surrounding yellow gold. The back faces are yellow gold ovals with tapered ends. The connectors are marked with Italian hallmarks for 18K gold.

Origin: Italy, ca. 1970. Condition: excellent, all original, no monograms. Size: 5/8” x 15/32”. Weight: 6.5 grams.

A 1-1/8" diameter 9k rose gold Edwardian hair and photo locket pendant fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1903-4. A mid-Victorian 1-1/2 x 1/2" barbell-style bar pin with enamel and seed pearls c1860-70. This pin has fancy ornate hand-tooled gold work with cobalt blue enamel stars and seed pearls. Elegant yet delicate, this Hattie Carnegie set with its all prong-set rhinestones glitters brilliantly. The hook closure on the necklace permits it to be worn as a choker or slightly longer for an equally charming look. necklace is 15" end to end and 1" wide, approximately. Middle Eastern Sterling Silver Perfume bottle Hand tooled, well chased with a screw top . weight 35 g no apparent damage. Just over 3.5" high, acid tested as silver unmarked.

Composed of 8-mm carnelian beads alternating with rough wirework beads of a slightly larger size and low-content silver. There appears to be a mark struck on one link (see photo 5). The chain measures approx. 32 inches long, unclasped. A modern spring-ring clasp has been added.

Seamlessly marrying sterling silver and stone, Enrique Ledesma created some of Taxco’s classiest modernist jewelry.
