An enameled violin is suspended from an enameled treble clef, both enhanced with marcasite. The clef bears a rollover clasp on the back, and the violin is marked Germany/sterling silver. When worn with the clef at a slight angle, the 1960s pin measures approximately 2 inches long by ¾ inch wide at the violin. Weight: 5.2 grams

These earrings are unique as they are Taxco Mexico with a Native American motif. The "top" is convex with a diameter of 1". The 3 dangling leaves measure 1 1/2". They are marked 925 TS-14 MEXICO. They are in excellent condition and have good heft.

Bold pendant earrings with a deeply oxidized design of stylized animal faces. The panels are impressed with the design, and there is a bit of wear to the oxidation, but the effect is still striking. The panels also have a graceful curve, which also enhances the design. There is no maker’s mark; one screw back shows a mark of 980 Taxco, the other, sterling/Taxco/Mexico. The entire length of the earring, including the rounded top, is a little over 2 inches. Weight: 13.5 grams

This wonderful piece can be worn a a bracelet charm or a pendant. It consists of 8 miniature skeleton keys. The 6 middle keys each end with a heart with the letters LONDON (where the "blade" would be). The outer keys each have a heart (where the "blade" would be). Each key dangles 5/8". The even make a slight jingling sound when worn. This piece is superb.

This beautiful and colorful pendant has a diameter of 1 1/8". The Tree of Life is adorned with a lovely, rope-twist border, as well as the raised tree on a textured surface. The tree has 5 vivid rhinestones: blue, red, green, topaz and clear. It is circa 1960 - 1970 and in excellent condition.

Formed as fish skeletons, they are nicely made, with working screw backs that are marked sterling. The backs of the fish are also marked sterling, along with a partial mark that ends with the word ‘Silversmith.’ Please note that some of the pictures show the surface with a yellow cast; the truest color of the silver is in the last two photos. Designed by Karin Pedersen for JemAx of Denmark, this sterling silver vermeil and white enamel brooch is such a great example of Scandinavian minimalist / modernist design from the 1960s and 1970s. Here is a sterling silver pin of signature design by the Danish maker Niels Erik From. It is composed of stylized rounded leaves and berries on a stem, enhanced by applied patination, and is secured by a rollover safety clasp. The maker’s mark is impressed on the back. The pin measures 2 1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide.

Here is a beautiful early pin by Danecraft. It has a diameter of 1 1/2". It has an open circle, decorative border, surmounted by a lovely, single flower with repousse leaves and petals. This delicate pin has a branch-like design formed by lost-wax casting, with a textured surface and applied beads. The oxidized and textured surface has a Brutalist feel. It is marked sterling, with what appears to be a maker’s mark of AR in an oval reserve. The pin has a secure rollover clasp, and measures 2 ¼ inches long by 1 ¼ inches wide. Weight: 8.2 grams

Wide copper band is decorated with an applied brass monkey figure inspired by a Precolumbian motif (see the last photo). It is inset with small pieces of abalone. On one side is a discolored area, of about ½ inch square, left from an old label. As the discoloration is on the side, it is not obvious when the cuff is worn. The bracelet measures 2 ½ inches at its widest part and 2 ½ inches across the opening. It has a 7 ½-inch internal circumference.
