It has a secure C-clasp on the back, and is made of a gilded base metal. The back is marked with the maker’s mark and the city, Duisberg, barely legible on the worn surface. The front enamel is in lovely condition, the colors bright, no cracking. The pin measures 2 3/8 inches long by about 7/8 inch wide.
