A gorgeous Palacios rare find. The flower is backed repousse with 3 warmed turquoise stones. The sweeping leaf below is open backed repousse. The patina is fantastic and the design is sublime. The weight is 20 grams heavy and the height is 2.5in. and width is 1.75in. wide. This brooch has no damage and it is collector quality.

A sterling silver bracelet from Taxco with a modernist, geometric design. Made up of six hinged slightly curved links with a somewhat hidden clasp. Nice contrast between the raised polished sterling and the oxidized background.

This is fantastic piece of 40s figural jewelry. Each of the five links is set with hand painted figural Asia Princess face masks and accented with small faux pearls and a gold headband with tassel drops. Each face has red lips and white eyebrows and eye slits.

Lovely necklace with black glass beads and groups of dark blue melon beads with pale blue ruffled beads, all wired in dark goldtone metal. Circa 1940, probably French. 58 inches wearable length. The large melon beads are 3/8 inch wide. Excellent condition. One of the small light blue flower form beads is missing a petal -- this is very hard to see and does not show when worn. This unique and rare Bracelet by Hector Aguilar is featured in the book Silver Masters of Mexico on page 40, plateI-55 and is known as the "Chain with Dome" bracelet. Measures 8 1/2" long with the chain portion measuring 3/4" wide. The dome section functions as the clasp and measures 1 1/4" wide. Hallmarked with the joined HA, Made in Mexico, Sterling. Very nice condition with no damage noted. An wonderful bracelet by this important Taxco master.

A vintage silver, probably sterling, brooch with a carved carnelian cabochon. Measures 2" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked with what looks like the stylized initials 'ES'. The cabochon has 5 small drilled holes. We are not sure what the purpose was. Has a 'C' clasp that holds securely. Has a little tarnish. Very pretty design.

In an oval shape it opens not from the middle back of the piece but from an off center side. In doing so Aguilar was able to fit 5 symbols in the space allowed. What a wonderful Rafael Dominguez brooch this is. It is 2 inches long and 1.25 wide. The weight is 8.3 grams. The silver is thick and hand carved. I wore this as a closure for a scarf and it was stunning. Collector quality and MORE.

The sterling silver cat & fish pin was designed by Hubert Harmon in the 1940's. Fish with hook measures 5" long. Cat head with cascabells is 1 1/2" X 1 1/2". The connecting chain is 10" long. Cat has amethyst eyes, fish with amethyst eye & amethyst tail detail. Pin back and locks work perfectly. Beautiful condition. There is a 10in span of 3 drops and 2 additional links connected to chain and a thick silver hook. The necklace has a wearable length of 17in. Each drop is a dramatic 2.5in. long and the silver to the links is also thick and made with precision repousse. With a hallmark of STERLING MEXICO and no dents or damage anywhere we have a very smart presence to enjoy. The weight is 52 grams which is heavy considering the 7 inches of chain. This pin is hallmarked "Kreisler" on the pin. It is 2 1/4" in diameter. The 10mm wide stone simulates amber in the center of the pin. The abstract leaves are in a warm gold tone while the rest of the pin is silver colored metal. The center stone is surrounded by 3 silver toned "leaves" . This pin consists of three layers and riveted together. It is very glamorous.
