Unusual and elegant vintage thin sterling cuff with bone shaped segments by the Mexican silver workshop Los Ballesteros. This bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside plus an additional 1 1/4" opening. It is about 1/8" wide and weighs 26 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. Looks great alone or can easily blend and be stacked with other Mexican, Native American, Scandinavian or Modernist pieces.
Matching the brooch of the same design that it also available here (you can see the two pieces together in one of the photos here) this Los Castillo Mexican silver and copper ring is a rather rare find and I am happy to have come upon it. Weaving together the two metals in a chevron / arrow pattern, it is additionally embellished with tiny little sterling beads and has a visually interesting shank as well...
Beautifully aged sterling silver and warmly glowing copper combine effortlessly in this Los Castillo chevron brooch. I am very partial to the mixed metals jewelry that came out of Taxco and the renowned workshop excelled in their production. This specific piece with its arrow shape I find very interesting visually - just note the way the curves of the silver beads are juxtaposed to the intense forcefulness of the angular motifs. The brooch is 2 1/4" long by 3/4" wide and weighs 19.7 grams...

A collection of antique Ethiopian silver jewels, most of them Coptic Christian crosses. There is also a digit finger ring for a lady, and an ear spoon. Old Ethiopian silver, like these crosses, usually has a very high silver content, but is not hall marked. However, all these items have been tested for a silver content of at least 925 /1000. Elegant silver filigree brooch, a Norwegian solje. Less exuberant in style than most filigree solje brooches, without any enamel or gilt - just two shimmering roundels and the traditional chains holding the little pendant ornaments. Silver standard mark 830S and the pin hook with the three crowns of the Swedish hallmark – the brooch was made around 1900 when Sweden and Norway were united (the union was dissolved in 1905). Width "1 ½ / 3.7 and height "2/ 5.3 cm. Condition: fine.

An abstract sterling silver and exotic wood pendant suspended from what looks appears to be the original chain. Signed on the back of the pendant with script initials or characters, 925 and S.S. for sterling silver. The sterling is connected to the wood with rivets for an industrial feel.

The richly decorated open link bracelet is farther enhanced by three fiery 9 X 7 millimeter oval cabochon bezel set opals. The 7 ¼” long and 10 millimeter wide bracelet has a very unique decorative clasp.
A modernist sterling silver hand wrought cuff bracelet signed 'AR' in a design reminiscent of the work of Arthur King. Has polished 'globs' of silver along the edges and surrounding the multiple cut outs. The polished sterling contrasts with the oxidized darker areas for an interesting effect.
Measures about 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1". Fits me comfortably and I have an average wrist. It is pretty stiff and doesn't have much give.

This is a vintage 1960-s 14Kt yellow gold Christmas tree pendant/charm with three movable tiers. Each tier is independently rotate around the trunk of the tree in the center. All three tiers are red, white and green enameled. The 1” tall and ½” wide tree is topped by a five pointed star.

Greenish white jade bead necklace. It is made up of 45 beads. The central pearl is the largest, having a diameter of 15mm, the other pearls are of decreasing diameter. The clasp is in gilt filigree silver and is hallmarked "silver" on the reverse.Probably Chinese work from the 20th century.The colour is a very pale green The color is a pretty very pale green (the photo is correct for the colour).

A vintage hand made long pendant necklace in an abstract design reminiscent of strung seashells in sterling and brass. Signed behind each of the the 'seashells' with a tiny 925, .45 and a Saguaro cactus hallmark. The bottom dangles are just marked 925. We have been unable to identify the artist.
The central pendant is a large sterling clam shell with 13 smaller dangling ones ending in hammered brass circles. Lots of movement.

This great 14Kt yellow gold and black (dark gray) freshwater cultured button pearl bracelet is a mid-century modern treasure. Each of the thirteen stylish solid 14Kt yellow setting links is centered by a 6.5 millimeter button pearl. The length of the bracelet is 7 3/8” and the width is 10 millimeters or 7/16”.
Simple yet elegant Mid-Century Modern pin is centered by a 6 X 4 millimeter oval faceted natural sapphire. The approximate weight of the sapphire is 0.62 Ct. The pin is 1 3/4” long and 3/8” wide at the widest part.

A pretty late Georgian example of a Halley’s Comet pin worked in 14K (perhaps 15K) yellow gold and featuring a light blue paste stone to represent the comet’s nucleus. The paste is set in an elegant buttercup-type setting accented with an engraved gallery. Blue paste is less common than other colors, and makes a very nice presentation. The comet’s tail depicted in the engraved and voluted gold setting.
In 1705, Edmond Halley correctly predicted the comet’s return in 1758...
A sterling silver bracelet from Taxco with a modernist, geometric design. Made up of six hinged slightly curved links with a somewhat hidden clasp. Nice contrast between the raised polished sterling and the oxidized background.

A stunning pair of 14Kt white gold, diamond and pink tourmaline earrings centered by a pair of cushion cut double faceted 10 X 8 millimeter tourmalines. The center stones are surrounded by full cut diamonds. The settings are further enhanced by two rows of full cut diamonds on the side and on the stem of the omega backs. The total diamond count is 178 diamonds with the total weight of 1.18Ct. The earrings have a combination of post and omega back closure that makes it very safe.

The approximate weight of the opal is 1.25Ct, while the approximate total weight of all rubies is 0.85Ct. The overall measurement of the oval cluster is 18 X 12 millimeters. The ring is a size 9, but it can easily be sized.
