"Fore" the golfer, a vintage pair of square framed gold plated GOLFER toggle back cufflinks comprising a circled back swinging hand painted golfer on a mother of pearl background encased in a crystal dome cover, unmarked, mid century American. Size: 5/8 in. square. Very good condition with minor wear to one link.

An Arts and Crafts hammered sterling silver ring with a blue bezel set cabochon by the Art Silver Shop of Chicago. Stone measures 3/4" long and 1/2" across. Measures about a size 3 1/2 so currently would probably be worn as a pinky ring. Marked on the back with Hand Made, conjoined TASS and Sterling. Mark is behind the part of the ring where the stone is so it could resized without disturbing it. You can see the light hammering. Beautifully made. Great example.

A vintage hand made long pendant necklace in an abstract design reminiscent of strung seashells in sterling and brass. Signed behind each of the the 'seashells' with a tiny 925, .45 and a Saguaro cactus hallmark. The bottom dangles are just marked 925. We have been unable to identify the artist.

The central pendant is a large sterling clam shell with 13 smaller dangling ones ending in hammered brass circles. Lots of movement.

Wonderfully designed cuff bracelet by Henry Steig, a well known Modernist jewelry designer working in New York City in the 1950s. In 1950 he opened a New York City shop at 51st and First, and a summer store in Provincetown, Massachusetts. In 1955 he moved his NYC shop to 52nd and Lexington. The design of this ridgid bracelet is ingenious, as the opening fits over the bulb of your wrist for comfort. Signed "Henry Steig, sterling". Excellent condition.

This lovely, sterling silver, Mexican, well-crafted bracelet displays a very colorful, large, faux fire opal on each ornate link. It is 6 3/4" long. Each link measures approximately 1 1/8" x 1". It is sterling silver and marked on the clasp: STERLING MEXICO 925, and, in a circle on the back of one of the links: TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO with the "spread eagle" assay mark in the middle. Each link is slightly convex, adorned with a vivid, faux opal cabochon. It is in excellent condition.

The front of the band displays 3 central, square boxes, each with 4 square marcasites, surrounded by 8 bezel-set circular marcasites on a decorative oxidized inner surface. The band tapers front to back from 1/2" to 1/4". The inside is marked / stamped 925. This lovely ring is in excellent condition.

An Art Nouveau sterling silver lady with poppy brooch circa 1900. A flowing haired fin-du-siecle beauty, staring wistfully off, with a large poppy (a symbol of forgetfulness) beside her. Large by Western standards, this is actually the "childs" size version of this foo dog necklace worn by the Chinese Miao minority 70-90 years ago. Made of low grade silver, typical of Chinese jewelry of the time period, the intricate pendant is 5.5 inches across, 6.5 inches long and suspended from a long hand-made chain. A very handsome pair of 14K yellow gold cufflinks in a strongly linear, architectural style. The faces are set at one end with iolites cut as sugarloaf cabochons and at the other with bluish-violet chalcedonies cut as triangular cabochons. The use of transparent, intense bluish-violet iolites with softer translucent chalcedonies in the same color family is an inspired choice and really sets these cufflinks apart. This delicate bracelet is decorated with sterling silver openwork floral panels that feature rectangular light blue aquamarines in bezel mounts. Each panel is connected by a ribbed link. The spring-ring clasp is original to the piece and in good working order. The bracelet is from the 1950s; it is unmarked, but tests as sterling. It measures 7 ½ inches in length.

Set in white metal panels with scroll edges, the abalone is carved or incised with modified starburst designs, and exhibits beveled edges. The backs have sturdy findings, with no stress or stretching to the metal. Each button measures about ½ inch square.

Natural patina making it a warm and stunning piece. I use these larger brooches to hold a shawl together for a magnificent look.
