A fine pair of Art Deco cufflinks, featuring round discs of green jade simply set in 14K yellow gold. The faces are connected by chains to backs shaped as lengths of bamboo. A museum quality oval pendant signed Benevidez (Johnny) and Tim Yazzie Sterling. Possibly a piece by both men who are Santo Domingo/Navajo artists. This Joseff set is elegantly simple and simply elegant---and oh so wearable. It is done in the semi matte finish referred to as Russian gold. This finish is the one for which Joseff is known. The brooch is signed Joseff, an early signature later changed to Joseff of Hollywood. I believe this is a later set produced when the company reissued some early pieces. The brooch is 4 7/8" long, 3" wide. The clip earrings are 2 1/4" long and 1 3/4" wide. The brooch has the Joseff signature.

A really beautiful pair of double-sided Edwardian 14K white gold cufflinks, the round faces ornately pierced in design reminiscent of the rose windows in Gothic cathedrals.
