A very unusual piece for a golfing enthusiast is this 14Kt yellow gold enameled golfing bunny broach. The multi-color enamel is in good condition except for a small chip on one of the green leaves next to the ball. The broach measures 1 7/8” high and 1 ¼’ wide, and it is marked 14Kt and MARTINE as a maker’s mark.

Two charming blue kittens and their toy ball on a pin in matte enamel on copper. Unmarked, in the style of Perli, well-known producer of enamel jewelry in postwar Germany. Length "2 ¼ / 6.2 cm. Condition: fine.

This exquisite pendant measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" (and is slightly convex). It features the male peacock with its plumage of feathers in alternating green and black enamel. It is marked 148 AR 800 (AR for Italian Province, Arezzo, 800 for silver content). It is in excellent condition. It is circa 1950s.

This lovely pin is composed of lacy, intricate sterling filigree work surrounding an oval-shaped piece of carnelian. One delicate filigree band is gilded and the other is highly oxidized for contrast. There is a gilded rollover clasp of good quality, probably added later to replace a C-clasp but contemporary to the period of 1950s-1960s. The stone shows no wear or scratching. The back exhibits the words “Italy” and “sterling.” The pin measures 1 ¾ inches long by 1 ½ inches wide.

An enameled violin is suspended from an enameled treble clef, both enhanced with marcasite. The clef bears a rollover clasp on the back, and the violin is marked Germany/sterling silver. When worn with the clef at a slight angle, the 1960s pin measures approximately 2 inches long by ¾ inch wide at the violin. Weight: 5.2 grams

Made of gilded sterling silver, this lovely pin features intricately applied bands to imitate wirework in a scroll design. The pin is set with a pink coral-colored glass cabochon that exhibits minor wear at the very top. It has a very secure C-clasp and is marked sterling on the back. It is conservatively dated to around 1960 (could be earlier), and is possibly Asian. It measures 1 1/8 inches across.

This silver pin evokes the late Arts and Crafts era with its hammered-look surface and serpentine vines, though it is definitely later. The applied coral-colored glass bead centers offer a nice splash of color. The hooded clasp completes the artisan look. The piece was probably made during the late 1950s-1960s to imitate the popular Scandinavian aesthetic of the time. This bracelet is truly beautiful. The central stone is bezel-set with a diameter of 1". The bracelet has a great mod look and good heft, as well. It would likely fit on a smaller wrist. It is in excellent condition.

This sterling silver bangle bracelet has a diameter of 2 1/2". The "face" is 1/4" wide. It has a geometric, diagonal, overlapping, design with wonderful oxidation (see pictures). It is marked STERLING and has good heft. It is in excellent condition.

A classic looking bracelet, composed of a thick cuban link chain with a clasp formed as a belt with a buckle. The belt has two holes, and can be adjusted for a larger wrist, but looks best and is most secure when fastened at the smaller size. The belt end is secured by a hinged bar representing the belt loop. Accounting for the best fit, the bracelet length is about 7 ¼ inches; it is ½ inch wide at the buckle...

Handmade, with an applied graceful, curled stem and jagged edges, this pin is a lovely piece of work by a studio jeweler. The pin tests as sterling silver and is unmarked. It is secured by a rollover clasp and dates anywhere from the 1970s to the 1990s. The pin measures 3 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide. Weight: 8.5 grams

Circa 1960, this Italian silver duck was probably made by Egenio and Enrico Ranzoni. His feathers display exquisite detail and his bill and feet are gilded. He measures approximately 8" long from bill to tail and 3.26" tall, from his webbed feet to the middle of his back. He is beautifully made and in excellent condition. The overall weight is just over .75 lb.

Here is a sterling silver pin formed as stylized flowers and stems, set with teardrop-shaped pieces of obsidian. The partial marks are from a silversmith unidentified but known for the initials AE inside a heart-shaped M. It is a substantial piece, with the prong-set pieces of obsidian riveted to the oval backs. It has a secure safety clasp. The pin measures about 2 1/2 inches at its widest point, and 3 inches at its longest.

This charming pin, made of .800 silver, is formed as a spray of delicate flowers within a wide vertical leaf. The leaf is enhanced with a textured surface. The pin is possibly Russian-made, based on the maker’s mark on the S-clasp; there is an .800 mark on the pin stem as well as what could be an Eastern European import mark. It measures 3 1/8 inches long by 5/8 inch at its widest part.

Mounted with an oval banded carnelian cabochon, the pin is marked 800 to indicate silver content. It could be European, but has Asian elements to it as well. The rollover clasp is an older style but very secure, with a sturdy pin stem. The design features applied wirework and beading, and rough, scalloped edges trimmed in twisted wire. There are two larger silver half-beads, one at each side; one exhibits a small dent, as shown in Photo 5. The pin measures 1 5/8 inches across.

This wonderful piece can be worn a a bracelet charm or a pendant. It consists of 8 miniature skeleton keys. The 6 middle keys each end with a heart with the letters LONDON (where the "blade" would be). The outer keys each have a heart (where the "blade" would be). Each key dangles 5/8". The even make a slight jingling sound when worn. This piece is superb.

This handsome pin is simple yet smart, hand wrought with incised details. It is formed as a jagged-edge leaf and bears the mark of Bob Ford, Canada; it is also marked handmade. Ford was a founding member in 1946 of the Ontario Metal Arts Guild, according to an internet source. The pin tests as sterling although it is not marked for silver content. It measures 1 ¾ inches long by 1 ½ inches wide. Weight: 6.3 grams

This bold studio piece is composed of a hand-wrought half-moon shaped pendant decorated with applied wires and impressed lines arranged randomly. It is suspended horizontally by a chain of forged wire bars connected by beaded rivets. The bib-like pendant is beautifully balanced to sit comfortably at the collarbone; the front hook closure makes for ease of fastening and removal. The reverse of the pendant bears the sterling mark on one end and a maker’s mark of sp on the other...

This distinctive ring features an organic design with an asymmetrical domed form. It is textured with wavy narrow ridges similar to seaweed. The inner band bears the mark of Spanish jewelry designer Joachim S’Paliu as well as the mark for sterling silver and dates 1960s-1970s. There is a curious crack on one side of the ring that extends up inside the top (see pictures 4 and 5). It doesn't appear to be damage or affect the stability of the ring...

This vintage set is made of 950 silver. The brooch measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/2". It has a nice, engraved scene (as do the earrings). The brooch has a trombone closure and is marked SILVER 950. The matching earrings are screw backs and marked SILVER 950, as well. The top of the screw backs are marked SILVER with a hallmark of an A. The Suite weighs 1/2 ounce and is circa 1940s-1960s.

Decorated with applied wirework rosettes, this hoop necklace has an Asian feel, but sports Austrian import marks (hard to see in the photo). It is continuous, and doesn’t appear to have ever had a clasp. The necklace has a nice weight and a dramatic, contemporary look. The Austrian mark for silver content is illegible, but the necklace is probably .800 or .835 fineness; the mark indicates a registration in Vienna. Doubled, it measures about 14 ½ inches long. Of hollow construction and graduated thickness, with angular sides. The top surface of the bracelet has been machine-etched in a tight zig-zag pattern. The hinge has a good spring and the bracelet has retained its shape and sits nicely on the wrist. The inner circumference measures 7 inches; the bracelet opens to 1 ½ inches to slide over the hand. It is light and comfortable to wear, with a classic neat look. It has the Italian post-1968 mark for sterling. Weight: 15.6 grams

This Georg Jensen circle pin features a deeply molded twisted rope design that continues all the way around. The design is enhanced with simple, scored rectangular elements at the halfway points. Lovely vintage brooch by Mikimoto featuring five stunning pearls set in a triple arch of sterling silver. The pearls, graduating from 5 to 5.5 mm, are of the finest quality.
