The clean design of this silver pin features two adjoining concave oval disks with applied silver beads in the center, all mounted on a forged wire frame. The piece exhibits fine construction and is quite substantial. There is a secure C-clasp on the back. The side bears the maker’s mark of Hans Jensen & Co of Århus, Denmark (1957-1970), as well as the mark for .830 silver. The pin measures 2 inches long by ¾ inch wide. Weight: 6.6 grams

A striking late Victorian 14K yellow gold crucifix set with sapphires, an old European cut diamond and seed pearls. The diamond is graded at I/SI2 and the sapphires are finely colored and show no indication of heat treatment. Here is a substantial 1970s handmade ring composed of a hammered disc mounted on a thick band. It is marked 925; there is no maker’s mark. The disc measures 1 inch in diameter; the ring size is about 8 1/4; the band is adjustable.

An elegant pair of sterling silver cufflinks, the faces depicting a long-haired maiden gazing at a star. The faces are hallmarked for London, 1902 and also have an unidentified maker’s mark “RF”. The faces were originally buttons and are now connected with silver chains to torpedo backs.

A massive silver ring by Antonio Belgiorno, Buenos Aires, c 1940-50. The geometric design and the use of oxidizing is typical of Belgiorno, who is one of Argentina’s most well known artists in silver. A solid piece of jewelry that really makes a statement. Marked A Belgiorno, Industria Argentina T27 and 900. Open and adjustable, the inner diameter at present 18 mm which corresponds to size 6 ½. Condition: fine.

This vintage 1960-s 14Kt gold marquise diamond engagement ring is centered by a non certified approximately 0.75Ct diamond that has G color and SI1 clarity. The center stone is flanked on either side by a smaller and a larger brilliant cut channel set diamond. The approximate total diamond weight is 0.90Ct. The ring is a size 5 ¼ and can easily be sized.

Not much is known - if anything at all - about Ars Plata whose signature is found on the Mexican silver and amethyst dangle earrings at hand. A wonderful Victorian equestrian pin in the form of a horseshoe nail enhanced with a cluster of small natural pearls, sapphires, and rubies. This lovely American sterling silver and enamel cross exhibits an elaborately scrolled edge and vibrant green enamel. The cross and chain date from at least c. 1915 but could be older. The chain is original and made of flattened, rectangular links; there is no clasp. It tests definitively for silver.
