This Alexander Korda 'Thief of Bagdad' cloaked rider pin is silver colored base metal. This pin is considered a masterpiece of costume jewelry some of which were produced by Rice Weiner inspired by Korda's 1940 film.

This late 19th-century sterling silver bar pin is formed as four graduated medallions with classical military profiles. It was made by the Frank M. Whiting Co. of North Attleboro, MA, and bears the maker’s mark on the back. The features of the faces are sharply molded and detailed. There is a modified C-clasp on the back. The pin measures 2 1/4 inches long and about 3/4 inch at its widest part.

Here is an English-made whistle of copper-plated brass and base metal, that may have been made for the U.S. market. The front is labeled ‘The Acme/Boy Scouts’ with the English registration number for 1914, and ‘Patent’ underneath. From the 1960’s Italy comes this exceptionally carved 33 X 42 millimeter oval shell cameo broach/pendant depicting the bust of a classic Roman beauty with flowers in her hair. The 14Kt yellow gold frame measures 41 X 51 millimeters and is marked 14Kt and 585. Besides the pin in the back there is a fold down bail that makes this great broach very versatile and wearable as a pendant as well.

This band ring is 3/8" wide. It is a size 9. It has a nice oxidized background and patina. It is marked MEXICO MA and has the eagle / assay mark that is hard to make out. This piece is in excellent condition.

This ring is inlaid with Azur-malachite stone. It is a size 8. The stone inlay is very colorful and stands out nicely in its 1/4" sterling silver band. It is marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 (slightly rubbed out) in a circle with LMH in the center. It also has the assay mark with 3 inside and is in excellent condition.

Carved Shell Cameo set in a silver frame with a gold colored rope twist accent. The frame is marked only 800 in an oval and is most likely Italian. The carving is excellent, with highlights of different colors left in the hair. The frame has a pin closure and a moveable bail so it can be worn as a pin or a pendant. The profile of the woman and mark on the frame suggests Victorian era of 1875 - 1880's. Condition is excellent.
