Very nice Victorian sterling silver doubled-faced cufflinks decorated with Classical medallions in the Shiebler style. The medallions depict are Greek in style and depict and adult man and a youth in profile. The backgrounds are stippled and the edges are beveled and irregularly shaped to suggest antiquity. The backs are marked "Sterling".

A wonderful pair of Modernist sterling silver cufflinks from Taxco, the center of Mexican silver jewelry production in the 20th century. The design is strongly geometric, but has an organic quality as well--almost like a leaf shape. The interiors are nicely oxidized to contrast with the appliqued silver spheres. The backs are hallmarked with the "3M" mark attributed to Miguel Melendez' output from the late 1950s and early 1960s...

Lucky numbers? This is a whimsical pair of sterling silver rectangular shaped cuff links having raised numbers 309 over an oxidized background, marked STG on brushed back. Measurements: 9/16 in. wide x 5/16 in. high. Condition is very good, minor wear to base.

A sterling silver bowling award trophy pendant watch fob dated 1936-1937. This 1" x 5/8" 5 pin bowling award fob was awarded to R. HANNA; it is stamped STERLING, it weighs 4.4 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. We haven't polished this fob as it has a satin finish and is was easier to photograph it unpolished...

A vintage pair of cufflinks, the faces constructed of banded agate carved in the shape of antique pistols. The stones are nicely matched and have attractive markings in shades of orange, caramel and cream. The silver mountings are marked “Sterling”.

Elaborate wirework is the defining feature of these distinctive cuff links, which are unmarked but test as silver. They are gilded, including the wirework, and are enhanced with maroon enamel. The buttons are attached to silver gilt bars by chains. They come in a small box with the name of a jeweler in Lisbon, Portugal. The buttons measure a little over 5/8 inch in diameter.

Decorated with a guilloche design of white enamel enhanced with a geometrical pattern, these sterling silver gilt cufflinks are an example of the fine work of Aksel Holmsen. A curved bridge bar securely connects each side. The enamel shows no loss or scratches; there are some small areas of tarnish along the edges of the silver, which has retained its gilding...

With their centers of crossed silver wire, these 1920s cuff links have the look of stitched buttons. They feature mother-of-pearl discs with black enamel dotted borders. An extremely rare pair of 18th century silver double-faced cufflinks set with old European cut colorless paste gemstones. The crystals are held in place in traditional cut-down settings typical of the period and the faces are joined with the quatrefoil connector almost always seen on this type of cufflink. The backs of the crystals are foiled in silver to provider a brighter appearance...

Set with a polished black and white stone, this mid-century tie bar is sturdily made and works nicely as a money clip. The stone is secured by zig-zagged wires. The bar is marked sterling, and measures 1 ¼ inches long, including the stone; the bar is 3/16 inch wide. Gross weight: 4.2 grams

Mounted in a round, beaded silver gilt setting, the amber cabochons in these cuff links exhibit with a vivid honey color and some cloudiness. The cuff links bear the Soviet marks for .875 silver, as well as the town mark for Riga and an unidentified maker’s mark accompanied by the mark for 1957. They are securely hinged at one end of the bridge bar. The button portions measure 5/8 inch in diameter.

This sterling silver money clip features an applied swordfish or marlin, and has a classic mid-century look. It is quite sturdy and secure, and has a nice heft. The back bears a maker’s mark of RRR, as well as a sterling mark. It measures 2 inches long by about ½ inch wide. Weight: 11.8 grams

This pair of early 20th-century cuff links exhibits a nice arts and crafts look, with sharp, detailed molding of a Greek key pattern around the edges. Patina is warm and the surface shows hardly any signs of wear. The back bridge bars are very secure and marked sterling; there is no maker’s mark, but they are probably American. These Georg Jensen two-sided silver cuff links feature a prominent side with a floral motif and the other formed as a bar with oxidized impressions. Each exhibits strong, well soldered connecting rings as well as the Jensen mark of 1933-1944, the design no. 9 and a dotted oval with 830 inside, indicating silver content. The larger sides measure 5/8 inch across. Weight: 7.6 grams total

A classic design of engine-turned engraving on both sides. The cuff links are in nearly unused condition; there are areas of tarnish, which should be cleaned only with a polishing cloth (an applied polish could remove the gilding). The bridge bars and hinges are secure, and there is no sign of metal stress. There is a mark of 835 on the bridge bars to indicate silver content; the name ‘Goldfront’ also appears, as well as an unidentified maker’s mark...
