Originally a watch chain, it is composed of twisted and scored links, with an added large spring-ring clasp and working swivel clasp. The two colors of metal imitates the popular silver and gold niello chains of the late 19th-early 20th century. Unclasped, the chain measures 28 inches long, not including the ¾-inch spring ring.

Very good antique condition

Circa 1900 sash ornament that can be worn as brooch pin with wide "C" catch. The green 14mm oval art glass mottled stone, made to resemble apple green jade and referred to as Chinese peking glass, is bezel set amidst a lattice dome and highly ornate designs. You should see the globules within which is what makes this a very collectible simulated stone.
Substantial @ 3" x 2" & weighs 21 grams...

(A) Circa 1920 necklace with a 2 1/2" round medallion pendant decorated with an applied floral leaf ornament containing 3 prong set green glass stones resembling agate or chrysoprase.

Stunning necklace choker with difficult to find circa 1920 etched on both sides coveted Amethyst color art glass. It is often referred to as "Lalique" like as found on page 91 of the 2nd Edition book: Popular Jewelry 1840 - 1940. This type was worn in Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau on to the Art Deco era. Art Nouveau gilt brass & blue crystal necklace 1910 1920. This necklace has unfoiled hand cut blue crystal stones and this stylish 16-3/4" necklace has a chain and springring catch with five 1" across links with openwork and embossed designs with 3/4" ornate links in between.
