This intriguing (and slightly strange!) pair of pins is from the Art Nouveau era. They feature a woman’s face flanked by flowers, and her hair is greenish – just a little scary! We have been unable to determine what the metal is, so assume it’s not precious. They measure 1-1/4” x 1/2”. The pin stem assemblies are old, but they may be replacements. Circa 1900. A very unusual hand made copper necklace with eight curled dangles and a central amber colored teardrop. Lightly hammered curved figure eight shaped links. The dangles have little brass beads at each end.
The necklace measures approximately 18" around. Longest drop is 3 1/2". Hook clasp is on the side and holds securely.

This is truly an interesting and unique piece. The pendant / medallion is 2-sided. It depicts the 12 symbols of the Zodiac on the front. The center has a scroll that reads "LUCK" and/or "GOOD FORTUNE) in Hebrew (MAZEL). It has a diameter of 1 1/2". The chain is 24 1/2" long. The back displays the Zodiac names, dates and meanings of the symbols. This piece is gold tone. The front is in excellent condition. The back words and numbers are a bit blurred, due to age (see pictures)...
Signed: ORLANDO. These Victorian to late Deco era gold gilt on brass adjustable rings do not survive because brass anything was usually tossed out.

This late 19th-century gunmetal chain has both length and strength, with a bold, stunning look. It features a secure spring-ring clasp and a glossy, blue-black finish, produced by electroplating a coating of iron over a white metal. The links are securely soldered, save for the end link, which may have had a jump ring. Unclasped, the chain measures 51 inches long.

The green 14mm oval art glass mottled stone, made to resemble apple green jade and referred to as Chinese peking glass, is bezel set amidst a lattice dome and highly ornate designs. A stylized geometric openwork design characterizes this handmade bronze ring, made around 1965-1970. The band is adjustable, and bears the unidentified maker’s mark of P.N., in addition to the Finland mark. The tiny bumps of metal on the edges are from the casting process. The top measures 1 ¼ inches long by 1 inch wide; the band is currently sized at approximately a 7.

This charming pin is the embodiment of Victorian design. A very stylized butterfly perches on a row of 'gold' ball-shaped dangles. The butterfly is centered with a colorless brilliant, and flanked by small ruby pastes at each side. As was common at the time in the Victorian era, a matching stickpin acts as a safety feature as well as being pretty. The pin is a generous 1 1/2" and is gold filled. There is a maker's mark PC Co. Circa 1910 highly collectible Jelly Opal art glass stick pin flashing sparkly blue and red! This art glass is also known as "dragon's breath" or "Mexican jelly opal glass" and often erroneously sold as "saphiret". This splendid Victorian brooch is an example of the Egyptian Revival style. It is silver gilt with a polychrome enamel winged pharaoh.
The old style of the tube hinge and C clasp date it as prior to 1900. tube hing. It is marked 800 (for silver content) and has an indecipherable maker's mark.
The pin is 1 1/4 " X 5/8". There is a small crack in the enamel of one feather. It is 19th century in age.

This long, continuous chain is made of white metal links that test very slightly for silver; it is probably European. It is constructed of multiple flat, rope-like loops that intersect to form four lobes. It hangs 36 inches from the neck, and can be worn in a variety of ways – knotted, doubled, tripled, or tied loosely around the neck like a lariat necklace. It measures 1/4 inch wide. A copper cuff with deep patination and a leaf-like design of crimped and scored edges. Bright, convex, circular motifs contrast nicely with the darkened surface, with curled terminals. The cuff is unmarked. It measures 1 ¾ inches wide with an internal circumference of a little over 7 1/2 inches; the gap measures 1 1/8 inches across.

This roughly-made pewter pendant has a hammered-look surface and the look of an ancient Nordic medallion. It has its original chain, which is secured with a spring-ring clasp. The pendant bears the mark of Norwegian workshop Troll-Tinn, of Åndalsnes, and has its original chain. The pendant measures 5 ½ inches long, including the bale, and 2 3/8 inches wide; clasped, the entire necklace measures just under 14 ¾ inches long.

This firm was established in 1885 in Pforzheim Germany and according to research destroyed during WWII, rebuilt and out of biz in 1977.

Here is an impressive, hand-constructed pendant of wound thick wire around a square piece of polished spectrolite. The stone has a lovely iridescence, and internal yellowish bands. The pendant is permanently attached to a thick chain that has no clasp; both the chain and pendant are silverplated; the pendant bears the impressed mark of Walter Arnesen, Copenhagen (1968-1973). The entire necklace, including pendant and chain, drops 15 inches.
