Featuring a simple design of vertical bands bound horizontally, this ring is probably 1920s or 1930s, influenced by arts and crafts design. The band has a raised design of tiny discs. The inside of the band bears the sterling mark as well as the maker’s mark of a stylized W inside an inverted triangle, for J.J. White Manufacturing Co., Providence, RI. An early Skonvirke 826 silver brooch with a moth motif. Signed on the back with what looks like stylized HKC in a shield and 826 S for the silver standard. Most probably from Denmark. 826 was the silver standard used in Denmark at the time.

Measures 1" in diameter. Has an older 'C' clasp which holds securely. May have had a repair to the hinge at some point.

Fine condition, warm patina. Wonderfully crafted. Classic Arts and Crafts design.

A pair of hammered sterling silver buckles by Edward H. Breese, who worked in Chicago from 1921-1940.

Measure 2" across and 1 3/4" high. Each one is marked on the back with the hallmark of EHB in a triangle and style number 126. They are also marked Sterling and Hand Wrought.

They are made from thick sterling and have a dark patina. Would make wonderful brooches.

Rare example from a talented Silversmith.

A vintage hand made sterling silver bracelet with a floral motif by Carl Poul Petersen, the Canadian silversmith who signed his work with the stylized CPP.

He was born in Denmark, married Georg Jensen's daughter and apprenticed with him before moving to Montreal. He eventually opened his own workshop.

This beautifully crafted bracelet measures 7 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide.

A sterling silver hand wrought brooch and earrings in a lily pad design with what looks like bezel set moonstones and silver tendrils in the style of Mary Gage. Signed A & L Sterling on the brooch.

A pair of sterling silver oval brooches made for Tiffany and Company, New York with the original box. Measure 2 1/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Made for Tiffany and Co. A vintage sterling silver hammered money clip made by the Gaylord Silvercraft in Wallingford, CT. The Gaylord Farm Sanitarium was active from 1923-1944 and was organized by William Waldo Dodge.

Measures about 2 3/8" long and 1" wide. Marked Sterling, Hand Wrought and with an impressed upright hammer flanked by two wings for the maker. It currently has a 'G' monogram, but could probably be buffed out.

Fine work, quality piece.

A pair of vintage sterling silver hand wrought floral brooches by Stavre Gregor Panis, who was a member of the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts. The round one may be a poppy. The smaller one may be a gladiola.

May purchase them individually or as a pair.

The larger round brooch measures 1 1/2" across. The smaller brooch measures 1 1/2" long and 7/8" at the widest.

Both brooches are marked with the SGP in a shield hallmark and Sterling. The smaller one also has a stylized 'G'.
